Pros (+) The beach club was a nice option. Right on the beach with free drinks and snacks. It was a quick walk from the hotel so I didn’t wait for the shuttle. The hotel is clean and the management was very helpful when I needed assistance.

Cons (-) Could have been cleaner. Beds were uncomfortable. First night bed sheets were dirty. Bathrooms are in need of major upgrade. Staff is helpful at times, overall they need to improve their service. Food was ok. Couple things were good and some was of the items were whatever.

Pros (+) Excellent customer service and guest treatment. After an incident that we went thru when 2 Police offers robbed us the situation went to the manager ears, Marisol Olivier, she went above and beyond so we can have a prefer treatment after we went thru. The food was amazing and definitely we will be back to this hotel. Incredible experience at the Hacienda Buenaventura.
