The food in general is good for an all inclusive with the money i spent. The hotel is a little bit old and there are some things that could get better, the way the hotel is managed is very old fashion and with few tweaks the experience could be much better.
The water into swimming pools is warm. The view from swimming pools is awesome.
There is no refrigerator into the rooms. My room had no balcony.
Not really anything
The food was terrible Nothing worked in the room No smoking even on our balcony Way too expensive for such a poor quality
First of all, I wasn't expecting the place to be all inclusive so I would say that this is what I loved the most. Their food is amazing and it's a buffet that pretty much is included with your accommodation. Unlimited drinks as well and you won't have to worry about paying because like I said, all-inclusive. They also have swim-up bars which was my priority when looking for a hotel to book. Staff is so friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I didn't like is that the beach is a bit of a walk, and they have no room service so you can't order food and have it delivered. You have to go to one of their restaurants that's open from 11pm to 5pm which is a bit of a walk. Also, there are iguanas freely roaming around which isn't necessarily a bad thing but make sure to keep an eye out especially when you're eating by the marina.
I liked the fact that the property was away from the town centre. I liked the atmosphere of peace and quietness. Activities organised by the hotel were enterntaining and facilities were averagelly good.
Some of the details in the room, like window and shower curtains were broken or stained and that gave a careless image of the place. Staff members were always polite and we had a very good time though.
Located in Puerto Vallarta, this beachfront property is next to a golf course and within a 15-minute walk of Marina Vallarta and Bay of Banderas. Cruise Ship Terminal is 2.2 mi (3.5 km) away.
