Loved our ocean view with balcony room!!! Room was very clean! Bed and pillows were comfortable! Loved the staff! They were really kind and helpful! Loved the Goviotas resturant!!! Had amazing food and romantic atmosphere, must make reservation with “open-table app” or the front desk. The beach is not soft sand, we couldn't use the beach… unfortunately, the buffet of fruit and deserts had flys aro...

Pros (+) Staff is very friendly, pool areas are fantastic, lots of activities available, location is great (walkable to Malecon and downtown PV areas).
Cons (-) Remodeled rooms are very nice (modern, luxurious), but not all rooms have been updated, and those that have not been updated are mediocre at best.
