9,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel and its location - within the heart of the old town and within the bastions of the city - with the history of Pamplona right at our footsteps waiting to be discovered - everything is walkable from this hotel (historical locations, encierro, restaurants, bars etc!)! They even parked our car for us and brought it out every time we needed it (the parking was secure and at a fee). Our room was beautifully decorated and the furnishings and fittings were luxurious. They have a lovely sit-out sort of place near the entrance of the hotel which would be wonderful to lounge in during the lazy summer months. The staff is super friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast is served in a lovely room which probably may have served as a church in some point in history (or at least it gave the impression). Would have loved to stay longer and hopefully get the opportunity to do so once again.
Cons: The lighting in the room was way too low and definitely needs to be brightened - or at least given the option to the guest to brighten the lighting. With the only decent lights near the bathroom mirror, it was a bit of a struggle. Secondly had assumed that the steep price of the room included breakfast (as we had applied that filter while searching on booking.com) but it wasn't so. And then adding breakfast pricing to the room fare along with parking charges, made the overall stay quite expensive.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, the property has parking for 19 euro.
Cons: The room was quite small
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great peaceful location just steps from the center with many stores and restaurants. Staff was polite and my room was very clean.
Cons: I had booked a suite but was told I could not have my pet with me even though the property is pet friendly. I was downgraded to a standard room with my dog but the difference in price was not refunded.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location close to old town and main square Pet friendly On site parking - able to drive to front of the hotel and have car parked. You literally drive up through the cathedral walls Friendly reception staff Good value Good breakfast

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice. The hotel is well located. You can easily park for free during the weekend (for very little money during the week) at less than 10 minutes. The staff was nice.
Cons: I had specifically booked this hotel because there was no carpet on the floor (I am allergic) but I had not specified this in the requests. So I was a little disappointed to find out that they use blankets instead of a comforter, which is a bit surprising for a four star hotel. Upon arrival we also noticed that there was a rug in the room. We asked to remove it (I could have done so on my own) but apparently they are not allowed to remove anything from the rooms. They let us change rooms the next day and the new room did not have a rug on the floor.

Pros: Location location location
Cons: Paper thin walls, could hear neighbors and some coming in at 4.15am

Pros: Clean warm comfortable room, however entrance to Hostal a little dated, and not as clean as could be . Pros: Fast, efficient check-in and check-out, prompt responses to requests, efficient laundry service, well stocked bathrooms and consistent cleanliness throughout our 7-day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed using the gym!
Cons: Water bottle not complimentary in the room.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for a one night stop over when driving from the port of Caen to the Costa Blanca. The hotel was ideally located, not far off our route and has an underground car park - ideal with a fully loaded car. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel generally. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.

Cons: Open a "popular" restaurant instead!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent Hotel, great location, great breakfast
Cons: 20 Euro's for a Dog stay is the most expensive I have paid. Unjustifiably high and a pity, as it spoiled the stay
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel we have used
Cons: Pet prices
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and modern Hotel with easy access and parking. Nearby shopping area with plenty of dining options.
Cons: Hotel restaurant was closed for the holiday season, but still had breakfast and evening beverage service
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I skipped the breakfast because I wasn't hungry, so I can't comment on it. After a tough drive down (9 hrs vs the normal 6.5), I appreciated the fact that, despite the dark and the heavy rain, the hotel’s sign is readily viewable from a distance, particularly in light of heavy rush hour and pre-holiday shopping traffic coming off the motorway, and that the hotel had provided me gps coordinates upon request, in advance, when my gps didn’t register their address. Easy access off the motorway was particularly appreciated, as this was a stop en route to my destination. Check-in by front desk staff person, Iker, was smooth, gracious and warm, and he was hugely helpful, even letting me leave my little dog tied up in lobby for 10 minutes while I went back out to the car in the pouring rain to retrieve my suitcase. In terms of dinner, I was pleased to just be able to order two starters, “entrances,” in lieu of the full menu (although I was charged the full menu price of starter and man course) and I chose the house foie on tostadas and the house croquetas, both delicious. The foie was particularly good, served with two apparently house-made marmalades, apple and violet, and the croquetas I had expected to be all one type but instead were a medley of several, all very delicious. White wine by the glass was both easily drinkable and generous given the inexpensive price of €2. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pillows I noted were plumper than those in most European hotels, which I appreciated. The hotel overall is very modern and comfortable. Plumbing wasn’t overly loud or intrusive, and the staff put me adjacent to a room on one side marked private, which helps when you're traveling with a dog. Room walls must be thin though because the snoring coming from the other room next door (behind my bed) could be heard clearly over my television on the opposite wall. Isabel at checkout was also warm, friendly, and helpful.
Cons: Despite having reserved dinner for the evening, the head waiter was dismissive, bordering on rude, and said there was no room in the dining room, that I had to eat in the bar area. I suspect that turned out to be a good thing because I would not have had nearly as positive an experience, I'm sure, had I been forced to interact with him. Instead, I had the charming Diana (Dianna?) who, despite not speaking any English and me not speaking any Spanish, was a delightful and accommodating server.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Biggest bed I've ever had in a hotel. Very nice room. Little gym was ok enough to help you work out. Breakfast was very good. Location was just outside pamplona. Took around 25 mins to walk on a Sunday morning
Cons: Cant really fault the hotel. The only negative is the shopping centre at the back of the hotel is on occasion a rally track for the local boy racers . But it wasn't a big issue.

Pros: Lovely hostel walking distance from the heart of Pamplona. We just spent one night but everything was perfect. We got a room at the opposite side of the road which allowed a silent environment. Miguel will kindly take care of your check in and check out. There is a parking near by that is 10€ per 24h. Would definitely come back here.

Cons: Nothing
7,0 Good
Pros: Good value for hostel-like accomodation. Small but comfortable rooms. Helpful receptionist. Tea/coffee making in room.
Cons: No lift. No meals. Parking was tricky. There was some nearby, but we hadn't really done our research, so we ended up parking in the central plaza and had a bit of walk with cases, etc to reach Hostel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Central location (only a few minutes' walk to the Plaza de Toros and historic area), near a large underground car park. Secure key system for entry. Early departure possible as payment is made on arrival and key can be left in the room. Exceptionally clean room, bedding and bathroom. Good value in a town where demand and prices are high. Some nice touches (free bottle of water, Nespresso machine with first two capsules free, chocolates on bed). Good cafes near entrance.
Cons: Reception on first floor and rooms on other higher ones, so could be a struggle for some visitors with heavy luggage. Reception staff member was efficient but not warm. Need to pay for use of in-room safe. Rooms small but adequate. Prices are 5 times higher in the San Fermin fiesta time, but that is probably the same in all establishments in Pamplona.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: It had everything it promised in the reservation. They were kind enough to provide a room close to the elvator (we were in front) The personel were very helpfull with details and bus info. Ee had a pleasent stay. The A/C was not working, maybe because the temperature was 15C, but as americans we love to sleep with the a/c. We opened the window and had a great sleep.
Cons: The pillows. European style, but nothing to worry about.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well we basically liked everything. The restaurant has excellent Michelin food. Their set menu is a very good choice.
Cons: Here we have one suggestion. May we suggest that the uniforms of the women receptionists could be more classier then the same uniform as the restaurant waitress.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Not too far from city centre. Car parking on site
Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Pillows were hard so not very comfortable.

Pros: Staff were very good and spoke good english when necessary. Good burger place a few doors away with a bar or two in close proximity. Great for a short stay
Cons: Streets can be a bit noisy as its a student area. Still loud with window open on 7th floor.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The food
Cons: They need to add more personnel on busy hours like lunch and dinner at the restaurant and on the desk at the check-our. I wait 15 min to check out because she was on the phone.. at check in they saw my mother in a wheelchair and did not give us a handicap room.. he had to ask for it.. common sense

6,7 Good
Pros: The room was very nice. Food was very good.
Cons: No hot water and a 10€ reduction for inconvenience on check out. Car park is underground and extremely tight to manoeuvre unless you have a small car. Beautiful hotel, a lot of wood floors, so very noisy and a lot of noise below our room (103) Staff speak very limited English. Not a complaint but a receptionist should be multilingual.
