Pros: Lovely hikes and scenery
Cons: A bit overpriced at restaurants
7,1 Good
Pros: Oops- put this in the wrong box! The only drink that needs fixing is the coffee! I did t like your choice of coffee beans and think you can do better. One night we’re were in the Owl Bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes. It was all male servers in the bar and they didn’t seem to have the customer service aspect down. Just eye contact and a smile and telling guests you’ll be right with them makes a huge difference.
Cons: What I love is the property, so pretty! The staff in the dining room was great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was our Wedding Night and the Resort was spectacular in setting, atmosphere and just overall fantastic.
Cons: There was nothing I could complaint about or didn't like

Pros: Fabulous stay! Staff was excellent. Accommodations comfortable. Serene. Dinner at Tree Room was good.
Cons: Nothing, truly. Two awesome hikes, a nice dinner and a restful sleep. Could not have been more pleased.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Separate wooden cabins, perfect woodsy modern design, private deck with view of the forest, lots of screened windows to let In the fresh breezes. Unexpected bonus of in-room washer and dryer saved us! We also appreciated that such a luxurious place allowed us to bring our dog.
Cons: The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that our cabin, number 28, didn’t have counter space for the tall coffee maker. Had to set it on the stovetop to make coffee.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful food! Beautiful setting in the middle of mountains. This is a hiker's dream.
Cons: Expect to pay more since you're in a ski resort owned by Robert Redford. The room was small & we had to climb up & down stairs getting to the room as well as within the room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, nice property
Cons: Staff was rather inexperienced and unaccomodating

Cons: The closet door would not stay shut ut kept opening so I had to keep my suitcase in front if it.
5,1 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was depressingly dark everywhere. The ceilings are low and the lights are dim in the hallways and common areas. The entire place is different shades of dark tan and rust color. No life. I did not want to be there except to sleep. And it smelled like an old lady's house. This property does not currently live up to the Hilton standard and needs a refresh sooner than later.

Pros: Hotel was nice and clean and the room was amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location as we were attending a convention on campus. We only ate the breakfast once. I like hard boiled eggs. It was a great room and very quiet.
Cons: The noisy elevator
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location. Good breakfast
Cons: The water pressure in my room's shower was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Ever. I consistently pay more to stay at this hotel vs. others in Provo and will no longer stay here.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was decent
Cons: The hotel needs updates on carpeting, coaches along with new hide-beds. Our room had bed bugs on the pull out bed the mattress was stained and very old. After finding bed bugs on the first mattress, we checked the other beds, there were black hairs all over the mattress protectors. Also some blood on the head board. The coach along with the walls in the bathroom and carpet had various stains all over. Including the bathtub which did not drain during our showers. Thankfully another room was Available, it was clean but the room was still old! This was a first stay at a Spring Hills and our last visit. I am disappointed that Marriott would Not be more on top of keeping the hotel fresh and updated. Marriott has always been satisfying but this was like staying at a dirty old motel. Sorry I had to leave such a disappointment review
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and our room was very clean and tidy.
Cons: the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable in the suite. The mattress was well worn and the bedding was old and torn. (recommendation is to not use the pull out sofa bed) The pool had a lot of Styrofoam pieces in it. We had to use the net and clean it out before we could swim. The pool was also not heated which made for a very cold and uncomfortable swim.
7,5 Good
Cons: Couch and carpet In Room and in lobby and elevators needs to be changed, worn and dirty! Breakfast area was not maintained or restocked during breakfast
5,8 Okay
Pros: It was close to everything.
Cons: The hotel room was dirty .The couches and carpets had stains all over them.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room was very spacious and clean, staff was outstanding...great hotel if you don't mind the noise from the room above yours.
Cons: The last three SpringHill suites we have stayed in all have the same problem...not enough insulation in the floors and ceilings so you hear people clomping along upstairs...difficult to sleep with late arrivals and active people upstairs.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: great room layout, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: No hot tub Our room (326) was next to a supply room or maintenance room, and there was a LOUD, ANNOYING humming sound that went off literally every 15 seconds and then it would turn off. And 15 seconds later it would turn on. Very difficult to sleep thru
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was comfortable, stylish and clean. No complaints. We even accidentally left a bathing suit in our room after checkout and the staff was friendly and helpful in tracking it down so we could pick it up.

7,0 Good
Pros: The proximity to Rocky Mountain University and the breakfast included with the room.

Pros: The bed was awesome!

Pros: This hotel is amazing! Super clean, comfy beds and pillows, great staff! It was very quiet in our room and the outside lights did not shine through the curtains. Highly recommended! Their coffee at the buffet is even pretty darn good.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is great. Free breakfast is good. Nice and quiet. Usually very clean. Basic, but clean and in good condition.
Cons: We have stayed here several times and are usually pleased. This time was disappointing. I took several items to the front desk the next morning. Garbage left in room by prior guests, the plastic wrapped cups had liquid/water(?) inside the plastic.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Everything was great, the price was a bit high.

I repeated 4 times before he actually got it. He still gave attitude. Mendes didn't do their job. They can in at some point and fixed the beds but didn't take trash or dirty towels. Pros: I expected the hotel to be in better condition than it was since it is a Marriott. It seemed a bit worn and run-down. There was a large stain on the rug. Early in the morning (around 6 am) the fire alarm went off and woke us up. The fire dept. came but there didn’t seem to be a problem. However, no one that worked in the hotel could tell us what happened. I was also expecting a nicer restaurant inside the hotel especially since the restaurant next door had closed. There was no restaurant nearby that was walkable, we had to drive to find a restaurant. I would not stop there again when I visit Provo.

Cons: The staff were never at the des. You could here them chatting in the back every time we walked by. We almost felt like we were inconveniencing them when we asked to check in. It looks like the hotel is closing down and they didn’t care about the appearance.

Cons: Room was dingy and dark. Not fully cleaned.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was great. The price was decent.
Cons: There was someone in my room when I first entered it - so we had to get a different room. The attendant didn't seem overly concerned about it either. The room was extremely dated and musty. The protective door jam was broken. The room was dark and poorly lit.

5,4 Okay
Pros: King size bed. Location was good staff was very nice at check in.
Cons: Bathroom faucet only had one knob working. We didn't use the shower because of the stopped up water, and how dirty it was. The walls , baseboards, bedroom floors were so dirty. Sheets smelled not sure if they were washed. Rooms need to be upgraded if they want to hold their name Provo Suites
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful
Cons: When we got into our room the bed looked like it had been slept in and there was trash left from the previous occupants. It looked like no one even tried to clean it.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Absolutely NOTHING!!
Cons: Whole lot... Goodness gracious
1,0 Poor
Pros: I liked the price I liked the location.
Cons: The room was so dirty. There were man whiskers all over the sink that had not been cleaned from someone else staying in the room. The floors were filthy dirty with crumbs, dust and built up dirt behind everything.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Convenient location, cheap price, kitchenette. New windows block out the outside sound and maintain the temperature. They are renovating and it is helping some aspects. The owner was very nice and provided me with a bedside lamp and mug upon request.
Cons: The cleanliness was really lacking. The floor was so dirty I needed to clean it myself, and the towel I used was black after I did so. The hotel lists an in-room coffee maker but there was no coffee-maker.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Fridge
Cons: Mice in the walls
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I left too early for breakfast. The location was convenient to the freeway. Nothing was fancy but everything was clean. Good value.
Cons: No carpet meant the floor was cold, especially getting out of bed in the morning.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The bed was nice and comfortable. There was ample room.
Cons: Bathroom had not been cleaned. There is a ring around the tub and spots on the Mirror above the sink.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I will enter my several complaints elsewhere. Suffice it to say that no one should ever spend $45 on this hotel. It's definitely worth another $20 to stay somewhere clean and safe!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to all amenities. Very clean, friendly staff. We didn’t use the restaurant but it sure smelled good.
Cons: I thought I would like the covered parking but the parking garage was a bit tight and congested. Good thing we were in a small SUV.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Lobby was a little unwelcoming and the halls were noisy with guests late at night.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: My room was perfectly clean, but the smell was really off-putting. A friend said perhaps it smelled like new carpet, in which case, there's nothing you could do. But to me it smelled like MILDEW and was very disturbing.

10,0 Excellent
Cons: There was nothing I could complaint about or didn't like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful. They exceeded our expectations.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Magical location. Lovely rustic facilities. Super nice staff. Great food. Lovely experience.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Did not have breakfast
Cons: Would have liked to have had a desk or writing space with chair in the room but I chose the single/small room so I understand.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: The room was large with an outside entrance. The bed was comfortable and the whirlpool tub was a treat. The breakfast was wonderful and there were additional snacks in the evening. We enjoyed the outside seating. Overall, the house is beautiful. Leah, the manager, went above and beyond with dining suggestions and information on the city - she even gave us a tour of the house.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider which made our romantic stay that much more fun. It also had a great atmosphere!
Cons: The eggs they made us didn't sit too well, the rest of breakfast was great though!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely people, delicious breakfasts
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Location was nice. Hosts were very pleasant.
Cons: Too many fragrances in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was easy to get to. The building is beautiful, and the rooms, including the common rooms are charmingly furnished. The breakfast was the perfect amount, fresh, and delicious, and the manager / cook shared thoughtful and insightful conversation - very nice since we were the only guests that night. Loved the view of the mountains from the yard.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The ambience of the 1800s restoration and the complimentary bubbly on ice for our 50th anniversary.
Cons: I didn't like the window cooler which noisily went on and off every couple of minutes all night long. It was a continual annoyance all night. And it needs a pocket door on the bathroom. The curtain certainly matched the decor but a door would have provided mor sound proofing privacy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to the Convention Center.
Cons: More ideal for a romantic couple than for single business travel, but still great.

7,9 Good
Pros: It was a nice room a little pricey but nice enough
Cons: The closet door would not stay shut ut kept opening so I had to keep my suitcase in front if it.
5,1 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was depressingly dark everywhere. The ceilings are low and the lights are dim in the hallways and common areas. The entire place is different shades of dark tan and rust color. No life. I did not want to be there except to sleep. And it smelled like an old lady's house. This property does not currently live up to the Hilton standard and needs a refresh sooner than later.
