The hotel was relatively clean. Several things seemed to need repair or replacement: sink in the bathroom, desk chair, etc. Customer service was good though.

We were so sad to learn that the pool was closed due to a chlorine shortage. My little kids were super disappointed!!! The continental breakfast was just a “grab and go bag” consisting of a granola bars, juice, yogurt and fruit cup. On their website they had said they advertised waffles bacon and eggs. Pros (+) Room size and fridge and microwave and no deposit
Cons (-) The cleanliness. Our first room one of the beds smelled like feet so we had to move. The beds you can feel the springs in your back. I guess this is just not things I’m use to staying at Baymonts. In Slc ours are super nice clean and comfortable. I think $75 was pretty steep for what we got.
