Big screen tv with plenty channels. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing and tasty breakfast, free coffee/tea at the lobby area. Very close to Old Market area with plenty bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking spots, but all pay and display or private.

Cons: It looked like no one had been in my room for a while...there was even dust on the pillows! (I actually blew on it to remove it.) A piece of decoration fell from the ceiling after I took a shower (due to humidity) - good thing it did not fall on me as I was showering! The staff was understanding and helpful after that incident. The ventilation system (right above the bed) is loud so you hear a constant humming in the room...not my best night of sleep!

Cons: Avoid Restaurant Nifty, service was "bit slow", 2 drinks took 15 min, asked for a bill, waited so long, that ended up paying at the bar. Expensive! There is plenty of choices for amazing restaurants and bars with much better service and ambience.

Cons: The separation between the room and the bathroom does not provide enough privacy. A minor remark: I asked for a possibility to send a postcard (during weekend it was not possible to buy stamps at the post office) and it was refused although I was ready to pay. I think it would be nice if they could help, it is often the case in other hotels.

Pros: Good location in center, close to galery , shops , bars. Also easy road from highway. Good beds and bathroom. Not far from Poznań train main station. Good place for one-two nights for some event.
Cons: There is not enought parkings slots and personel is not helpful with finding solution. It was hard to tell if the place were we left the car was legal. Electric boiling pot in room stinks, maybe it should be changed or washed?

Cons: Unfortunately we had an uninvited guest join us. This turned out to be very traumatic. My friend and her husband were celebrating a birthday, the reason we came to Poland. This person was out of control, she accosted both my friend and her husband. Offered sex to her husband and this totally ruined our evening. We cannot fault the hotel, we were very happy with the facilities and the staff and after speaking to the manager, she assured us that the "lady" in question would not be welcome at the hotel in future.

Cons: The embarassment! - I checked in on day 1, got my room all seemed okay. Then on dsy 2, I was out and about with a friend who decided they wanted to use the toilet facilities in my room. I came back to the Hotel and as soon i walked past the reception, the receptionist - Lukas/Lucas stopped me and then told me right in from of sitting guests as well as my friend that " I only paid for 1 person in my room, so i can't have 2 people in there". I was dumb founded to say the least! I couldn't believe the extreme lack of courtesy and abhorrent customer service skills. I responded back saying, no one is staying over. They just want to use the toilet and store their back pack, thats all! I then told him that it was an absolute disgrace that he decided to embarrass me right in the presence of my visiting guest as well as visitors in the reception area. It just shows the lack of hospitality skills the Blooms in & Apartment staff have. This is my last visit to this establishment. As someone that owns a business, i know the importance of support local businesses. I could have easily stayed in the Hilton Hotel which has a reputable standard and is 4mins from this rather poorly managed hotel. But i felt, i needed to do what other business owners do when they travel - support the locals. I hope the owners learn from this and note that its not all about incomings but about the returns and good referrals. Saying that, i also noted that NOT ALL the reception staff have a terrible attitude. For example, the girls on the morning of my check out allowed for a 1hr late checkout as complimentary. I felt that was decent. Other issues. - No lift. You'd have to walk up/down flights of stairs - Rooms need maintenance (see pictures) - Towels NEED changing as they are worn - No blackout curtain. The curtain in my room was plain white and it didnt do the job well of aiding early hours sleep. - There was too much noise from people walking on the corridors.
