Cons: not a problem for me but if are are not used to traffic noise this could be disturbing. trams from 6.30am -11.30 pm every few mins. and hotel opposite hospital amberlances blues and twos almost none stop. but after all its a brill city centre location this is expected.if you want quite go outside city

Pros: it is about 6 years that I go to Mercure Poznan. I take this hotel because of the location close to the exhibition center. I found out that Sheraton hotel had better rates than you. I will keep this into consideration for my next trip to Poznan next year.

Cons: Hotel needs renovation badly. Specious reception area, smelling of cigarettes, has only two cafeteria-style tables with four chairs. My remote for an old TV did not work properly. Replacement was not much better. Lights were very dark, thin towels, limited amenities. Restaurant plain and very univiting. This is definately not a 4* property and disapointment to the Novotel brand.

Cons: Hotel allows guest to bring their animals. Unfortunately our neighbors had a big dog in their room - the dog barked very loud, howled and whined whenever they weren't there. As we made a complainment at the reception desk the lady told us there are no other free rooms left so we had to stay "with" the dog... I think the acoustic isolation of the rooms might be better.

Cons: I think that comfort and pleasure is going down in this hotel. I stayed there 10-12 times in the last 12 months, but no recognition. It smelled cigarettes all over in the room sections and in my room. still no free internet, although many other hotels offer that. Looking at the prices in the competing hotels nowadays, I think I try something else next time I go to Poznan.
