Pros: Rooms clean, good size, shower great, staff friendly, great position, food great.
Cons: Bar prices a little expensive.
Pros: Location. Oasis.
Cons: Breakfast queues.
Pros: That it was near everything, had a wonderful day
Pros: The staff
Cons: Everything else ! Nothing open ! I know it was due to the Coronavirus and staff shortages ! But it is supposed to be a top hotel in Blackpool ! I had taken my daughter there as my husband ! Her dad ! Died last year ! And it was his birthday whilst we were there ! So was trying to take her mind off things for a bit ! Not much chance of that ! Didn’t even put anything else on for us to do ! Wouldn’t have paid all that money if wasn’t for Spa !!! Not even open !!! And restaurant changed its breakfast buffet ! That I’d also paid for in with the room rate !!! Because guests started leaving early or cancelling !!! Had to order ! Just not the same !!! Not good value at all ! The bar closed early and opened late !!! Just did not enjoy it at all ! I actually felt for the staff ! They were getting shouted at ! And wasn’t even there fault ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend !!!
Pros: self-service breakfast more than enough choices of food to suit everyone. staff where very helpful and the beds are really comfortable.
Pros: The friendly staff and the fitness facilities were amazing! The hotel is directly across the beach and was located perfectly! Slightly away from the road so you do not hear traffic! Amazing. Definitely booking again!
Pros: Location good & a sea view from a small dirty window at an over inflated price. Non-sea view rooms tiny & pokey! Good to have tried a short stay here but the hotel lacks a great deal.
Cons: Evening dinner food was average. Some very interesting staff in the dining room - quite scary at times. We were served by a lady who clearly had had a drink & the smell of cigarettes as she came close was horrible. The room was tidy & surface clean but on closer inspection needed CLEANING!!
Pros: The staff were all fantastic and deserve real credit for their professionalism and good humour with everything that is going on at the moment.
Cons: The only reason I haven't rated the facilities and value for money as excellent is because the spa and pool were closed due to the coronavirus situation, so we couldn't use them. I accept this wasnt the hotel's fault, but we were looking forward to using them, and it was a reason why we booked the Imperial.

Pros: Very clean and modern room eould recommend staying there
Pros: The size of the room with the seating area and the staff were friendly
Cons: Had issues with our room keys not working and we couldn't turn the fire off in our room. Also I ordered a medium lamb rack from the restaurant, the outside of the lamb was cooked perfectly but the inside was raw
Pros: Checking in manager was great & helpful. Gave us all the information we needed. Confirmed our booking which included a breakfast & let us check in early.
Cons: Considering the out break the room was very clean. Their was marks in the cups & dirty ring marks on the bed side table and in the bathroom. The remote control for the telly was dirty. We luckily had our own wipes due to recent events and cleaned it down ourselves. Checking out the manager refused us breakfast saying that our booking didnt come with it. Even though when i booked it said it did, (not necessarily a reflection of the hotel perhaps an error on booking.com) however it was very intimidating trying to explain to him that when it was booked it came with it and the previous manager confirmed this for us and gave us the timings for the breakfast etc.
Pros: Big comfy bed room lovely spotlessly clean
Cons: When it was windy it was howling through room quite noisy
Pros: Rooms clean and spacious.
Pros: Amazing hotel beautiful views of the pleasure beach, friendly staff. The hotel is spotless very welcoming and I couldn’t recommend it more it’s an amazing place for couples, family’s and anyone who enjoys a beautiful hotel.
Pros: The Breakfast was Lovely.we Got it to are Room...
Cons: Staff was Lovely .rooms was Clean and fresh.was Nice having Ice on tap from the ice Machine and the Drink Machine for my Jack Daniels Because of the Corona Virus we Stayed in Are Room and Had Drink.we will be Coming Back..

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: nothing !
Cons: i found my way back to my room each occasion by following litter that had been left there for days. everything you touched was grimy, from banisters on stairs to light switches in room. maids came in but all that i could see had been done was a new liner but in the rooms bin.no bed made,no toilet, shower / bath cleaned.there really was little point for a maid to even enter our room ! a cheap hotel (which i suppose it was ) was reflected in the kid of people who stayed there, Vicky Pollards and Wynn and Wynnettta slobs everywhere, to which my and my son found quite amusing ! you couldnt move in the massive reception beacause of kids, either sitting on the floor, lay on the floor, sat against the walls connected to the mains (phones) to kids running around from years 1 - 18. a sense of hummer is definitely needed to get through a day/night at this place.
Pros: Location and entertainment
Cons: Room needed work doing and full hotel does
Pros: The room was spotless and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: While the hotel is very dated and absolutely filthy around the front doors, pond and car park. Also the lift stunk of urine and the stairs and corridors were not kept clean daily. The same sweet wrappers were there on th Sunday as when we arrived on the Friday.
Pros: it took a while to get checked in then i was on the 3rd floor after walking down the longest corridor in history only for the key card not to work dispite my efforts of trying to open the door for 10 minutes so i had to walk all the way back down to reception with my bags to get it re set so wasn't best pleased !!
Cons: noisy in the evening and people smoking wacky backy in the car park outside when we returned with our family from a day out and the car park was full so i had to park on the front despite paying £3 per night for the priviledge of parking in the car park which didn't happen both nights .
Pros: good family hotel
Cons: poor family entertainment
Pros: Breakfast was good on Friday...but no food served after that morning due to corona virus
Cons: Have been many times to this hotel and I know not to expect fancy rooms...but I asked for a single room got one with 1 double and 2 ingle beds surely this was a bit much...did not like E.N.D. of hotel I was at and I know there are much better rooms...time to do away with damaged and old furniture
Cons: Everything this place needs to be closed down

Pros: double room was high quality
Pros: Location is the best you can get
Cons: Basic for 169 for 2 nights...and a 10 car park charge
Pros: The room was warm and cosy
Cons: Tv needs to be bigger and the window in my room needs cleaning
Pros: Loved the staff, the receptionist that welcomed us was very professional and made us feel at ease when checking in, and when we went for breakfast the next morning the gentlemen that served us coffee and tea is a credit to the company, such a happy member of staff. Very attentive. We will definitely be staying again. The view from the room was amazing loved watching the sun go down.
Cons: Only problem was the size of the tv in the room super small.
Pros: Absolutely dreadful! Staff rude! It’s a hole

Pros: Close to the tram line.
Cons: The receptionist did not smile once. Uncomfortable bed, old and outdated, room extra small and I got food poisoning at the Sunday evening meal. The cornflakes I had for breakfast were soft not crunchy and the milk was not cold. All in all a very disappointing stay.
Pros: Cheep bar prices
Cons: The bar was cash only and no facility on site to get any money out
Pros: Room was lovely and hotel bar was good and restaurant was good

Pros: The hospitality was good
Cons: The rain

The owner was helpful when we couldn't open the front door. It was very clean and when we first went in you could smell the bleach.
Cons: The heating wasn`t on in the room, as it was October the room was quite cold. It was that cold when we came in we had to go under the covers to heat up. There weren't many lights on and it was quite dark, don't know if anybody else was staying at the hotel and this was the reason.

Pros: Where the hotel is situated
Cons: The place is not like the pictures, the room was very small and very dark one wall being painted a very dark colour, quite a dirty room. Shower didn’t work too well and the curtains were hanging off the rail (The rail was from the 60/70’s metal. The carpet was quite dirty too. I did take pictures. The whole place needs a real good clean in the rooms and communal areas. There were only flimsy disposable plastic cups to make a hot drink in, I never made a drink or had breakfast at the hotel I got up and went elsewhere I did not want to risk the food with the place being so bad
Pros: Staff were amazing lady on reception very friendly. Really accommodating of our dog. There was a £10 charge for the dog which isn’t mentioned when you book on this website and you get an email saying there will be no charge for your request which should be changed but after going I didn’t mind paying the £10 because they were so lovely with the dog.

With a stay at Carousel Hotel in Blackpool (South Shore), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool Illuminations. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: We requested to move as our first room was right next too some very very loud people and the staff did no problem at all, we also requested late check out at 10:45am (check out was 11) and they granted it albeit only a extra 45mins but free of charge.
Cons: The rooms where very small and basic, the small tv did not work and the room phone did not work either. The shower was so small we never bothered to use it, bed was uncomfortable and over all not worth the money had to pay extra for parking on the car park too.
Pros: My expectations were not too high which was probably due to the more than reasonable price I paid. Good location with parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast after a comfortable nights sleep. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Food was lovely we went to a tribute night and had a set 3 course meal which was perfect entertainment was fantastic . Staff were friendly . Will definitely return
Cons: We were only given a key for our room and not told which floor and where our room actually was so we got a bit lost .its very far out away from everything and taxis were a little pricey
Pros: Stayed here at the end of November when my daughter and her dance school were competing at Winter Gardens in a dance competition. We have been going to this hotel twice a year for competitions. Good thing about this hotel in November is that there is a cafe bar which is part of the hotel so we don't need to leave the hotel for tea.

Pros: Breakfast and service was 100 per cent. Bed was incredibly comfortable and room was warm day and night.
Cons: All was great except the low temps in bar and lounge bar. We loved the lounge area when we stayed last year. They were too cold for us to use. It was very disappointing as it was too cold and windy for us to go out.....such a shame
Pros: The staff were very pleasant it was a facing the beach which I liked and kids loved staying in the hotel

Pros: The comfy beds and breakfast
Cons: Small lift, creaky floorboards, thin walls
Pros: Great position, lovely staff, overall very good value
Cons: A little dated in places, dinner menu not very exciting, too restricting
A stay at Tiffanys Hotel places you in the heart of Blackpool, within a 15-minute walk of Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Grand Theatre. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: Room was disgusting, nothing like advertised and certainly nothing like the pictures. Room key would not work and after 5 attempts eventually staff came and sorted but with a seriously bad attitude. Terrible stay clear
Pros: Lovely hotel nice decor first stay will definitely be back very goog entertainment good breakfast plenty of choice
Cons: Most staff were lovely but a couple need to smile a little came over a bit frosty
Pros: Exceptional Staff!!!
Cons: Sadly due to diverse weather there was a bad leak in our junior suite ceilings and we had to get dressed and go down to reception as phone in room wasn’t working. We were given another room. We had paid extra for junior suite and ended up in a back room. Although this was comfortable, not the sea view we had paid extra for. It could not be helped but felt disappointed. However, the staff from check in to check out were fantastic and so I didn’t want to complain
Pros: Location bed comfortable
Cons: Basic small double room. Toilet holder broken. Bathroom tiny. Soap dispener broken.
Pros: The reception staff were fantastic, evening bar staff found us a table when all were full. Were also fantastic! entertainment each night, kids enjoyed games room and kept them busy.

Pros: It was lovely there but we had to go home and day be for Monday
Cons: All of it
Pros: excellent location....I have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to stay here again next time I come to Blackpool...
Cons: Smoking area...
Pros: The location is great, and the evening entertainment was fun. The price is reasonable, and it's far enough out of town to not be disturbed by Blackpool partygoers.
Cons: The bathroom wasn't clean. It was cold and I asked for a blanket (there wasn't one in my room) and it never arrived. The cold kept waking me up despite piling my coats on top of me during the night. The security for the area where the car keys are kept is a joke- it's only a matter of time until a car gets stolen.
Pros: reception area and bar very modern shame about our terrible room 116 straight above reception
Cons: room was terrible it had paint peeling off cornice and had fallen into the bath.really scruffy and old fashioned nothing like the photos. we had room116 and all we could hear day and night was phone ringing at reception.rooms need modernising terrible
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
