10,0 Excellent
Pros: Within walking distance to all attractions.
7,9 Good
Pros: I enjoyed the location very much. We were within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops on the water in Plymouth Harbor. Did not try the food or drinks at the hotel. The room (422) was a corner room and full of light, with partial views.
Cons: The hotel is mostly geared to conferences and meetings. Interior spaces are enormous, and when not packed with people, seem cavernous. The bar was not well-loved, seeming lonely and empty. Staff was friendly and helpful, but it was not as cozy as I had hoped.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location with a good sized room. Reasonable breakfast choice.
Cons: Breakfast a little pricey.
6,0 Good
Cons: The room was on the bottom/basement level. It was dark and had a musty smell. When I asked to stay an any other level of the hotel, they said it was sold out. Creating rooms on the basement level was a horrible idea!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, nice facilities, great location.. bar/restaurant on site came in handy
Cons: $20 daily parking fee, missed that in the fine print
7,1 Good
Pros: the breakfast area needs better help you should have a hostress there to seat the people and to people on weekends to clean up ,not just one person; the girl was running around like crazy .

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Within walking distance to everything.
Cons: The elevators needs cleaned and shined. Gives off a bad first impression
5,8 Okay
Cons: Pre paid parking was not necessary at 20£ as is free in local car parks after 1700 until 0900 and then only £1.5/hr after that. Gym was closed for refurb. A hotel for coach tours and conferences really.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Really nice property. Employees very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: There were no clear instructions about how to use things such as closed captioning, Internet, etc.. Breakfast should be included in the room for the high price Hilton charges.

Cons: No complaints.
7,1 Good
Pros: The manager and staff were very helpful when I voiced my concerns.
Cons: We had the unfortunate luck to be beside a unit that a woman was screaming and crying and slamming doors at 2:30 am. Also when my son and husband went to use the pool and hot tub they were in a couple minutes when staff asked them to leave. Apparently someone threw up in the hot tub, but they didn't close it before my family had the bad luck to get in. DISGUSTING! These things aren't the hotels fault though, maybe they could have closed and locked the pool area before others entered.
7,5 Good
Pros: Pleasant room with ample sq ft
Cons: Breakfast buffet needs attention. Having to lift each and every stainless covers off all platters to see what is served —cross contamination— & not convenient. Glass covers would be appropriate tp see selections.

Pros: Loved the location right on the beach! Since it was low season they upgraded us for free to a view room on the 2nd floor and we fell asleep listening to the waves on our massive room. This is an older hotel, almost a motel but I love how massive everything was built back then.

The view of the ocean right outside our room was incredible. They had live music Saturday night which was nice. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The location was fantastic, lots of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: We were a little disappointed in the breakfast, we have gluten allergies, there were no food options for us. A fluffier comforter would have been nice.
