Cons: We arrived late at night and our room was freezing, so it took a little for the heat to come on. Broken curtain so couldn't raise it up to see the ocean as good as I wanted to. Pros: Such an amazing spot for a last minute booking. We ended up in the second floor corner room with a breath taking view. Nice little balcony, under repairs but usable, to enjoy a cocktail and listen to the wave roll in below. Waking up to the birds and the waves crashing against the rocks was an added therapeutic bonus which honestly tied this experience with Lake Placid for 1st place, two very differently rewarding experiences. I will definitely look at this spot next time I'm in the area.
