This is our second time at Sandos Playacar. We decided to go to this resort again because we had an amazing experience the first time about 8 years. Pros (+) The restaurants are excellent, Buffet is good, Great beach, big facility that is family oriented, Staff are nice work very hard to keep the place Running, Beds are comfortable. overall its a good value for the price
Cons (-) Stayed in the family section close to the beach the Rooms a bit outdated, Air condition is weak, bathrooms need remodeling. you have to be early or make reservations to restaurants otherwise its a long wait, The Golf cart transportation can take time to show up and unfortunately most people don't respect who was waiting first.

Pros (+) All inclusive it’s great, the restaurants, the bar, the atention the employees are excelent they give great service and are very polite. The shows. Very clean and the room I had was great.
Cons (-) Because of an employée mistake in El Gaucho restaurant we end up paying an expensive( $40us ) bottle of wine .

Pros (+) The staff were great. The beach was fantastic. Drinks were in full size cups and there was some premium liquor.
Cons (-) THE WALK. They gave us a"free upgrade" but put us over a mile from the beach. The said they have golf carts but there are 400 rooms back there and 3 carts that hold 6 people each. At one point we had to wait an hour for a ride. All activities are near the beach so we didn't end up doing very much.
