Pros: Dinner at the El Jardin restaurant was exceptional and romantic - complementary amuse bouche and glass of champagne were a very nice touch. Jacuzzi bath in our room was a lovely touch too.
Cons: Could have offered complementary bottled water even though the tap water is safe to drink - I think that’s what a 5 star hotel should do regardless.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We went for two days and stayed four. The management did a good job to accomodate our requests for changes, Spent there New Years Eve and had an excellent programme and organization.
Cons: I personally do not like that much loud music at the swimming pool.

10,0 Excellent

7,5 Good
Pros: Executive Room was huge, like an apartment with a very nice bathroom. Facilities & garden very nice. Breakfast was very nice.
Cons: Wheelchair access is very difficult to access the swimming pool & Roman bath gym & gardens. There isn’t a lift to these things & no ramp or facility for wheelchair dependant people, however they can be accessed by a difficult narrow winding path. Hotel power in the early evening seemed to have problems with the lights going off a lot. Hotel restaurant has limited dinner options over 5 nights.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Coffee was wonderful. Dinner on the patio overlooking the pool was awesome too.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Room size
Cons: Service from staff. Lack of communication. Had a function on till 2am music very loud.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient and the staff was very helpful and warm.
Cons: I went in winter holidays and there was a lot of people. It was a bit messy at breakfast time, you had to wait a few minutes to get a table.

Pros: Beautiful jungle setting close to both Argentinian and Brazilian side of the Falls.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. I wouldn't want to stay at the Sheraton as it is run down and in the middle of the jungle! Loi suites is much more beautiful with great views and fantastic pool area. Also the breakfast is regal. Fantastic! The staff is extremely courteous
Cons: WIFI in the room is extra charge Bar and Restaurant service is EXTREMELY slow. On multiple occasions and with different waiter I had to wait 20-30 (!!!) minutes for a cocktail to come out
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location and service and facilities. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Marianne at the spa for any massage. She is excellent and one of the best. Also our driver was friendly and accomodating
Cons: No complaints. The staff have a catch phrase to any problem which is ‘no problem’. Just delightful!

7,5 Good
Pros: location. Right across front the bus station and taxis for quick access to Iguazu falls. Great pizza and beer just across the street . Also , several other restaurants close by. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was not up the same standards as other hotels we booked throughout Argentina . Couldn’t bring coffee out and had to ask to bring water out. Jetted tub in our room was old and I didn’t use it because of condition . No coffee in room . Old. Blankets on bed without sheet coverings.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: English speaking and helpful front desk staff. Decent buffet breakfast included. Very spacious room.
Cons: Our room looked over entrance and was noisey early in the morning with tour buses idling and voices of loud travellers.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Best location in the city
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location if travelling without car. Bus station at only 100mts.
Cons: Breakfast with plenty of things but not good quality.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast quality could improve. Similarly, dinner menu and quality at the restaurant could be better.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The rooms are very noisy. You can hear your neighbour snoring at night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great, amenities good, great location to town with its markets and eateries and close to good restaurants.
Cons: A bit overpriced, but a very nice place...hotel restaurant was nice but served overcooked and dry steaks...very poor inernet, no good for laptops!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We received an upgrade on our room which was great. The bed was so comfortable, it was clean and the hotel pool was amazing. Highly recommended.
Cons: Would be good if they offered airport transfers - but there are so many taxi drivers anyway!
5,4 Okay
Pros: One of the porters was helpful with the window that failed to close and the safe in the room. It does have a good location, though the town is small, so not a big bonus.
Cons: I opted to stay here rather than a simpler hosteria as I was nearing the end of my trip and the photos implied a good quality hotel with a sauna, etc. I found reception staff stiff and unfriendly. Room was not to my expectations or, I felt, to the booking.com description but staff were very uninterested. They did eventually move me after they failed to be able to lock the window (easily accessible from the ground). I was then very glad I had not paid for an upgrade as the difference simply seemed to be a slightly more recent paint job and a kettle with 2 bags f very uninspiring looking tea and coffee. Also, dreadful piped American piano lounge music. Sauna not included in the price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the pool area and it's amenities. Also, the hotel is perfectly situated for travelers comfortable making their own travel arrangements, since the hotel is located across the street from the bus station.
Cons: Would like cream for my coffee.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very spacious, very clean, really EXCELLENT breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Overally great customer service. Table tennis table was excellent!
Cons: Spa could be open later for a relaxed evening in the jacuzzi (closes at 22:00)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: it was very clean, the location is awesome
Panoramic Grand - Puerto Iguazú - Building

A stay at Panoramic Grand places you in the heart of Puerto Iguazú, within a 5-minute drive of Triple Frontier and Aripuca. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Puerto Iguazú? This hotel has 2367 square feet (220 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location of this property is ideal as it was set away from the town but was a 5 minute walk so you could enjoy peace and quiet. Loads of restaurants nearby and the pool view is incredible. Staff went out of their way to help us and organise us taxis. Also a great lounge area set away from the lobby if you check out early but need to wait for a flight.
Cons: The decor was rather dated and I didn’t enjoy having a shower curtain in the bathroom (the whole bathroom floor flooded when I took a shower). The beds were also a bit too soft for my liking. Check out time is 10am which is early in this region.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location 10 minute walk into the town, 15 minutes from the bus station and bank so very handy! Staff on the front desk very helpful when asking about the local tourist sights.
Cons: A little dated, looks like the decor is about 20 years out of date but it is very clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a last minute booking when we got here! Could not have been a better view in the Puerto Iguazu city. You can see Brazil from your room!
Cons: More information about services available/ opening times at the hotel itself would’ve been helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great service from Alejandro at reception and the cleaning staff. The pool and Jacuzzi outside offer a beautiful setting to relax in the evening and stargaze at night. Because the hotel isn't completely surrounded by structures and is on a relatively quiet road, it offers a very peaceful and serene setting. We had a great stay here. Wi-Fi and TV were perfect (relatively good download speed and smart TV functionality enabling mobile connection). Cheers, Mike.
Cons: The breakfast food was varied but not of high quality. Food ordered from the bar or the restaurant was quite nice however.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Pretty much everything. It's supposed to be a 4.5/5 star hotel. Michelin rate chef. The food was barely basic. The staff was uncooperative. They failed to tell me that breakfast was included with my room rate. Never ate breakfast the 4 days I was there. My king bed was two singles put together. One higher than the other. Listed as having a tour test and concierge. Neither available. Shuttle to town? Nonexistent. Unless it was for Spanish speaking guests only. The best is I booked a 50 minutes massage and barely got 40. I mentioned it to the masseuse and she pretended she didn't understand. What else? Asked for ice with my warm Coca Cola and they said no. Funny the bottles of beer in a bucket for the other guests got a lot of ice. I believe it was the fact that I'm American and don't speak Spanish that I was ignored. Puerto Iguazu is pretty much a tourist town yet they have no customer service. Never ever going back.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely beautiful Place to stay. Highly recommended, great staff ... Also late check out was easy ... thx for this :-)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the centre and the bus stop! We had a nice sunset view and the staff is very helpful! I had a massage there, it was a great experience

7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel resturant was excellent.
Cons: The inside pool wasn't really clean.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were extremely helpful and Timoteo and Gustavo in the restaurant provided excellent service in a very warm and professional manner. Both were good ambassadors for the hotel.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of sweet offers, good coffee, yoghurt, ham and cheese, all sort of bread flavours and textures, hot meals, greenery, fruit juices and fruit slices (many of them tropical, as the hotel setting would call for...), and on top of that, some local dishes (reviro, pao de queijo). All of these good eateries built up a fantastic start of each day, to profit from and to gratefully remember. The rest of the hotel met those expectations as well. A very good sleeping room (some of them even with an ecological design concept), a rooftop bar that allowed you into the fantastic view of three countries gathering precisely where two rivers met. The same great sight you can get if you tried to work out at the gym premises. Both, a heated and an open air swimming-pool, sports fields for those with sportive spirit... A plentiful lunch and dinner menu that allowed you to try international and local dishes, mixed up cleverly. It was the first time our trip party (friends and mate) were there, and fortunately we shared an awesome experience together at this hotel.

Pros: Beautiful location just next to river with great rooftop view with bar Great lobby Wonderful dinner Great ambience Friendly staff
Cons: Hot water took a little too long to warm up Outdoor pool was cold
9,2 Excellent
Cons: Paying at the hotel instead through the app
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Superb staff and excellent amenities. I had a massage and you also have an excellent view in the Sauna where you can see both Brazil and Paraguay. Breakfast was quite good as well and the gym was very good too.
Cons: My only disappointment with my stay was that the internet in my room was quite bad. Not sure what the issue was but it was slow.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our riverfront room had an amazing view! We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel.
Cons: We had a minor issue with our shower which was quickly and successfully resolved. We have no complaints.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Independent lodge in the jungle and swimming pool
Cons: Bad breakfast, amazingly bad restaurant for dinner, only 1 blanket (freezing cold in the morning in June). Way too expensive for the quality
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Chalets nestled in the forest, clean and comfortable. Air con worked a treat. Nice forest views, comfortable. If being ultra critical some parts looked a little tired but nothing essential. All clean, heaps of space and comfortable. Staff very friendly although very limited English (Spanish speaking nation after all) however a mixture of some English, google translate and hand signals more than covered it. Very accommodating. Booked tours and provided maps. Were horrified at price of Viator tour although probably an English speaking tour to Brazil might have helped (on other hand very cheap $1200 pesos including a fabulous lunch at assistance through the border so worked well). Assured with taxis and directions to bus stop (look for buses with Uruguay on the side, I don’t know why but got me to the Falls at a fraction of a taxi cost). All around a very pleasant stay and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room / little house was super spacious and set amongst the trees, along a lovely path (especially pretty at night). The A/C was great, too. It was a special experience, versus staying in just a normal hotel. The staff was very friendly, too.
Cons: Our little home was a bit finicky (the safe was fickle, as was the door), but the staff was always super helpful in trying to resolve things -- which they did. The bathroom could have used some ventilation (fan or window that opened), and it would have been great if the hotel had certain things available for sale (bottled water, snacks, etc.), as there aren't any markets within walking distance, and the lodge is a bit removed from the town. This isn't an issue if you have a car, but otherwise it's a bit inconvenient.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was terrific from Yamila to Christina and Gabriel was a wonderful source of information. The location is great but one must realize that the accommodations are in the midst of a jungle/nature preserve and all that comes along with that. I love that I recognized our cabin accommodations because of the banana tree that was located directly in front of our door entrance. There was always a lizard or insect to be found inside our cabin but the reality is we are staying in the jungle and we are in their territory so it was fine. I loved that the air conditioning worked well and the refrigerator was a good size for provisions as one must stock up on what they may need from bottled water to snacks.
Cons: There was not anything that I did not like. The stay was truly as we expected. If I had to select something, I wish the twin beds could have been larger (I like double beds). The cabin space is large so double beds could be possible but otherwise, it was a fun and comfortable stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The cabins were spotless and very the bed was very comfortable. Lots of space and very quiet. Nice pool area, there is work going on to improve the pool area and it looks like it will be beautiful when completed.
Cons: We weren’t made aware we needed to pay for dinner with cash until we were checking out. We didn’t have enough pesos so ended up paying in Brazilian reals which we had kept to pay for our taxi back to the airport.
6,7 Good
Pros: The cabin was very clean, spacious & comfortable.
Cons: Location - far from the town. One should have a car to stay here. Breakfast choice was very limited. Staff hardly spoke English. Strange that they don’t serve with dinner. Not a friendly attitude from staff when we asked if they could clean the swimming pool (it was full of leaves), they didn’t clean it so we couldn’t swim... Given the location, they could have stocked the minibar...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice parc, very helpfull staff.
Cons: Be aware the region is humid. Towels, shirts do not dry easily.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Jungle, banana trees and falling trees are nice, tasty and adventurous.
Cons: It’s a little far from the city, but if you want jungle, it’s perfect.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was great. The surrounds were fantastic. The rooms are seperate cottages in the rainforest. The pool is set in the rainforest. It is very quiet and has beautiful surroundings. The hotel is close enough to town that taxis are not expensive.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor. You cannot eat the food at this hotel. We went to the hotel next door to eat, or you can get a taxi into town to eat.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The individual lodge for our room was a great way to experience Iguazu. The room was spacious, updated, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The lobby served breakfast and a light lunch but did not have a restaurant open for supper.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I absolutely loved this property! The staff was very accommodating and aimed to please. The jungle location was unique to our group of flat-landers from Ohio, U.S.A.
Cons: I have no negatives to post.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff and atmosphere
Cons: None
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing jungle setting - you literally have to walk through the jungle from the lobby/restaurant/pool building to your room. Amazing food in the restaurant (blew away expectations). Convenient (although not the most punctual) shuttle to the national park.
Cons: Pillows on bed smelled like mildew. Tough with humidity but would've hoped for a clean smelling bed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is in the nature.
Cons: Bad smell in the rooms, poor breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakast with friendly Restuarant Staff as were all of the Staff at this property, my first impression of Argentina was really positive. A 10 minute taxi ride to the Town and to the Iguazu Falls entrance.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location in the jungle is far from the city, but very nice if you like to have it calm and natural. Shuttle service to the falls and taxis to the city. Relaxing in the hammock on the balcony.
Cons: As others already wrote there is no 360 degrees view of the jungle. You have a balcony and a window above the bed. Honestly it looked better and more luxurious on the pictures.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were truly built into the jungle. Hotel desk and restaraunt staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Meals at the hotel restaraunt were fantastic; beautifully prepared and wonderful flavor. The free breakfast was fine, but not great.
Cons: Hotel airconditioner froze up almost every night, spitting out water onto the floor and table. Although the staff worked on it the next day, the same problem reoccurred. It left everything in my room, including clean clothes, damp and musty. While the rooms were well cleaned, they were showing heavy signs of use and needed to be updated. The beds were spring mattresses that were not very comfortable.

7,1 Good
Pros: This was a fantastic jungle lodge but lacked the service we would expect at the price paid. The staff were very attentive but overall the lodge was under-staffed and the food was slightly overpriced. The wine-list however was fantastic and wines delicious. The room was very large, clean, private and spacious but the wifi did not work, the TV signal was poor and there was a very unpleasant continuous smell from the bathroom drains.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good but not quite as pictured... the location was beautiful and peaceful surrounded by nature.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: nice hotel right in the jungle
5,0 Okay

Pros: The location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and the room was comfortable. The place is done very nicely, pretty and serene.
Cons: It seems that the windows and doors are old and need attention.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location for town and the national park. Lovely jungle vibe. Great room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place in the jungle, big comfortable room, nice food in the restaurant
Cons: Personnel sometimes doesn’t pay proper attention to the guests in the restaurant, breakfast could be more variable. In the evening there are mosquitoes
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom was super spacious and since we got a upgrade we even had hot tub on the terrace.
Cons: Shower and wc room are not as beautiful and well kept as the bedroom. Shower/WC needs a little refurb.
5,4 Okay
Pros: This is the best location to stay as far as on the way to and from the city or park if you have a car. It is located in virgen jungle. You have everything you need at the location with a restaurant and very nice walking and pool area. The Saint George is owned by the same people so you get a discount at the Saint George restaurant, Doña María down town.
Cons: Well, our third stay here. I chalked the lack of hot water up to newness the first time. The second time it seemed better but had to let the water run for 30 minutes or more to get hot water to the room. This last trip it was as bad as ever and seemed they switched hot water off to some rooms to get it to our room and that only when someone is there that knows how to do it. And then, we could not get us hot water so they changed our room to one that they could. Very nice until we saw the water had run out of the bottom of the hot tub, flooding the bathroom into the room and out the front door. Then we remembered the year before reporting to them a puddle of water out side the room we now found ourselves in. A year without fixing the problem and just letting clients deal with it. I had defended them in reviews before for the musty smell and thought it acceptable for being in the jungle but this time we realized it was not just the area that had a smell. The pillows were so bad that we had to move them to the next room. I at first thought it my shoes but when I checked them I found they smelled better than the pillows.
7,9 Good
Pros: Cool location in the jungle, nice staff,
Cons: WiFi wasn’t that great, breakfast was always a bit gross when we got there. Rooms smelled of mildew due to humidity

Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the dinner restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is good because it is in-between the park and the town, but there isn't really anywhere that you can walk to for dinner. We also visited the hotel spa which was great and had very good prices.
Cons: The lobby bar that serves food for lunch was just okay. The food wasn't bad and the prices were decent, but it wasn't anything impressive

Pros: The staff is nice.
Cons: The view was into a garage, so we had to close the curtains all the time. The whirlpools at the rooftop weren't filled so we couldn't use them. TV was broken.
7,5 Good
Pros: It was halfway between falls and town. It was about a 15 min walk straight down the main street or their were buses regularly we didnt use one though. Pool and music was a really good atmosphere.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, spacious rooms, good breakfast, nice pool
Cons: The pool could do with some sun beds - currently only has plastic tables and chairs. The table tennis table has seen better days...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The luxury hotel room with large bathroom with tub was cozy and comfortable.
Cons: Poor quality and unstable Wifi connection.
7,9 Good
Pros: The pool and breakfast. The view over to Brazil.
Cons: Our bungalow was near the road and people drove by at night playing very loud music which woke us all up.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The front office and grounds were nice. The location is good. Easy walking distance to town and tres Fronteras. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: The cottages need a remodel. They are old and not very clean.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Pirayu was perhaps one of the pricier options in Puerto Iguazu, but the amenities were quite good and we enjoyed the pool. We got the bungalows closest to the reception building but the wifi was weak. It was cool to see Brazil across the river and if you walk a bit you'll reach Las Tres Fronteras where Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay meet.
Cons: Weak internet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to locate. Comfortable and clean. Quiet and good breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Not the best cooking facilities. Don’t go expecting to cook too often.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Experience was so bad since the check in until the check out that we don’t have nothing to mention that we liked
Cons: Since the check in staff was not welcoming. We had to change bungalow because the 1st was raining inside. Then the new bungalow was not clean properly, had many things in bad conditions; we also did not had hot water and after mentioning it very early in the morning when we arrived late at night we had to complain again and wait to get fixed. The 2nd day our room was not cleaned. Definitely not worth the price paid per bungalow. As we checked out at 6:30 our friends had to deliver the keys to the security as there was no one at the reception and later we received a very unpleasant email asking for the keys otherwise we would have to pay a cost. Would not recommend this place!
7,5 Good
Pros: The location is very good, close to Tres fronteras

7,1 Good
Cons: The staff and the atmosphere were great. Yet this place was more like animal farm Then an hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: De rooms are super spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good and starts continuously early.
Cons: The location is 3km from the city center and since you can’t lunch or have diner at the hotel you have to take a taxi every time. This is the only thing that we found a bit annoying.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice personnel, use of swimming pool in hot days, calm place surrounded by green vegetation.
Cons: Breakfast could be better since it is hotel not hostel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The common spaces are expansive, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast is definitely above average to what we received elsewhere in Argentina, having a buffet and both sweet and savoury options is rather rare anywhere else in the country. It is true, as written in many other reviews, that the location isn't the best, but despite this, there are still options for food. The hotel offers to connect you with a delivery place and also, the Ice Bar, which is about a 10-15 minute walk, has a really nice restaurant with fair prices. If you're just here to discover the Iguazu park and don't care much about the city, it should work out fine for you. The hotel is also in walking distance from the GüiráOga refuge, which is a highly recommendable visit. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help you with any needs you might have. The animals around are indeed very nice, and great for families with kids. The pool space is also particularly beautiful and a great chill out spot. The wifi worked in our room, despite what we read in other reviews but it was very slow.
Cons: The room had a bit of a musty smell, probably due to humidity. The windows of the room are sealed with somekind of colored transparent layer, I guess for privacy, but to us personally, it made the space rather dark and less cozy. Not anywhere you'd want to be before dark. Personally, I think the hotel could use 3 main things; 1. They should really enhance their entrance sign, to something which you could see from way further down the street and something which looks warm and welcoming. 2. They should just have a restaurant. Considering the fact that they have the eating space and the kitchen, it just doesn't make any sense that they don't make more use of it, either if they'd just offer one menu option per day, it'd be a definite win-win both for the hotel and the client. The bar at the pool is also unused. They could simply provide drinks there and have someone from reception facilitate it with a bell or something. 3. The spaces around are really great but often come across rather dull and very neutral, which is largely because the hotel could do with a fresh layer of paint, both inside and out. Some popping colors here and there and a few cheery elements could make this place look really amazing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A special complex with lovely cabins and very neat farm animals. The pool was really nice too even though it was too cold for swimming when we were there. Nice breakfast and also chance to have dinner in site if you are tired. The staff were excellent, helpful and welcoming. Very close to the Iguazú national park and many other interesting places such as an animal refuge and a non profit that build houses all in plastic bottles!
Cons: It would be perfect to have wifi in the cabins in addition to the common areas, while traveling it is nice to be able to keep in touch with family back home and wifi in the rooms would help with that.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Garden and staff
Cons: Very cold restaurant in winter season
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff very helpfull
Cons: No ceiling along the walk to the rooms, in rainy days you get wet
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The pool
Cons: The beds we're terribly hard, it's well out of town and they over charge for taxi service to the falls. We asked to purchase drinks from the front shop and the people on the desk didn't know how much they cost. The staff weren't friendly and the room was far too perfumed to cover the musty smell. Would not recommend this place. We paid more than our budget to stay here thinking it would be a nice hotel treat but we're very disappointed. Reading previous reviews were very misleading
7,9 Good
Pros: It was quiet and more in the jungle. The staff were excellent with directions and arranging transportation
Cons: How far it was from everything. There were no restaurants within walking distance and no restaurant on site

7,9 Good
Pros: The lay out is around a lovely garden and pool
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Very nice bedroom.
Cons: Quite far from downtown.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and will help you with every problem and question you have. The breakfast is served until 11am and the restaurant is a must for everyone staying at this hotel. They serve the best gourmet food in town and the price-quality ratio is great. We recommend the hotel for everyone who is looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in Iguazú.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room and the bathroom were spacious.
Cons: The matrassess were uncomfortable. The room had only one little window and thus almost no natural light from the outside.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very well organized and friendly staff. This Hotel provides superb support and services while planning your trips to the surronding attratctions or your transfer from/to the hotel. Everything was prefectly scheduled. The property itself feels very cozy due to the bungalow styled rooms. The restaurant is serving fantastic food for dinner. The chef knows exactly what he is doing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Place is unique - not what I was expecting - but in a good way! The set up is like a tropical island resort with rooms scattered around the grounds. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is served in a way I’d never seen before - loved the presentation. Location is 2 mins walk from bus to the Falls and c 10 mins to town. The restaurant on site OMG - the food is MAGNIFICENT and so reasonably priced. It is 5 star food at a very cheap (by European standards) price. We went on our last night - my only regret about staying here is that I didn’t get a chance to go again.
Cons: Nothing - it ticked every box.
5,0 Okay
Pros: breakfast & staff member who served breakfast. Make at front desk when we arrived.
Cons: Our room had ants everywhere, the facilities were old & the pool wasn’t very inviting. The spa had leaves in it & you couldn’t spa after 7pm. The restaurant was rated on trip advisor but it wasn’t very good food. Very average. WiFi was very bad.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: The room we had was a bit more run down than we expected.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Nice garden.
Cons: The rooms are very outdated and not very clean, old bed and furniture, there was a lot of dust and there was a smell of damp. No mosquito nets as advertised. The electric mosquito repellent didn't work. Dogs barking all night. Old towels. Went for breakfast and they just gave us a tray with a toast and small portion of fruit, they didn’t tell us that there was a buffet so we missed it, when we made comment on the poor breakfast they just told us that the waiting staff should have told us about the buffet, but no apologise or discount for the breakfast that we had missed, instead they charged us for a bottle of mineral water from the fridge.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice garden, very close to the bus station.
Cons: Staff was ok, not very enthousiastic. In the room: no facilities to hang clothes. Breakfast starts at 7:30am, a bit late if you want to leave early for the waterfalls.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: They allowed me to keep my bags in a room after check out as so I could visit the falls before my bus to Buenos Aires.
Cons: They didnt really have inclusive activities that brought the people in the hostel together, as a solo traveler sometimes this is essential to meet others and socialise. They also don't allow you to pay by card and charge you the tax despite foreigners supposing to be excluded from paying according to law, which even my hostel in Mendoza (windmill hostel) I stayed at abided by even though they only accepted cash, they never charged the tax.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Very close to bus station( great location)basic Argentinian breakfast.... coffe and bread some butter and another sweet.
Cons: I don’t know why hostels don’t let you know you gotta pay in cash before booking, they just tell you after doing it. Facilities were old, no hostel vibe, also the staff was slow, hostels need more extroverted staff. When got there try to pay with card( they told me had to be debit so I gave my debit card to the guy at front desk and he said that the pos said it was credit) and needed to pay cash, next day try with another person of the staff and it went trough....same happened with trying to book a boat ride first I could pay in credit card next day I couldn’t .... anyways this is not a hostel to spend all day, you just need it to sleep after coming back from the waterfalls.
6,7 Good
Pros: The place is very bright, colorful and welcoming. There is a big pool in the yard, with hammocks nearby. A large open area to relax and socialize or be left alone, to each his own. Each bed in the shared dormitory has its own lamp, shelf, and universal plug that accepts all chargers and even allows you to charge directly via USB. There are also lockers beneath each bunk. However, the wifi is horrendous. You can barely connect, and when you do it kicks you off fairly quickly. The staff on the night I checked in was not friendly or helpful at all, and quite frankly a bit rude. We all have bad days, but it definitely left me with a bad impression. Breakfast was decent, and the location is great. Very close to the bus station for those wanting to travel to the waterfalls. Bathrooms were clean enough, shower was good.
Cons: The staff was unfriendly. The wifi was terrible.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great location, pretty outdoor space. Quiet at night so it's easy to sleep. Social but not a party hostel which I liked.
Cons: The sponge to wash dishes was so nasty I didn't even use it. The fridge situation was not good either. Old food smell and being that they don't have a food labeling system food can just sit in there for who knows how long.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Great location for the falls, beds comfortable.
Cons: The kitchen was very dirty and basic, there is literally nothing to do there no board games or anything in the area.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Its good location and a compact hotel
Cons: Bring GPS if you want a right direction inside :) Lack of powerplug
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, quiet but easy to get anywhere. Kitchen was easy to use and the pool was lovely.
Cons: The rooms were quite warm so sleeping was difficult. The ceiling fan just moved around the warm air so made little difference.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location, amenities, breakfast.
Cons: Wifi, bathrooms, front desk.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, can easily reach the bus station by walking one to two minutes. There are also restaurants around the area. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and really appreciate they offer bed light and sockets near bedside. And the breakfast is great! Had a really good experience!

Pros: I didn't like anything.
Cons: The guy at the reception desk was very surly and would not show us the room until we handed over the credit card. If I had seen the room I would never have stayed. It was a triple and there was literally no room to move once the suitcases were in. The bathroom was tiny dilapidated and dingy we inspected the grounds were poorly maintained as was the pool .verandah chairs were beaten up old leather relics. Breakfast was very average. I complained immediately and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I was told it was impossible since we had gone through booking. Com. I had to use Skype to call booking. Com who were excellent and arranged and everything immediately. The staff were not very happy bit I was out of there by 10 am and never so happy to leave a hotel in my life. This is a 4 star hotel? How is this possible? It was awful.

Pros: Romantic hotel in the middle of the rain forest, wonderful pool, nice clean rooms, caretaking staff, who arranged our transfers to airport and bus
7,9 Good
Pros: Th cabanas are in the jungle so you are completely surrounded by the beautiful trees. The restaurant had really great food and breakfast had a wide selection. Staff were nice as well.
Cons: The pool was dirty and worse than I expected. Didn’t look much like the photos, a lot more green.
6,7 Good
Pros: Approximate location to the falls
Cons: Rooms are worn out, needs more maintenance and better lightning options. Bathrooms are old and not cleaned.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was spot on, whilst being in the forest the centre of Iguazú was not hard to reach and the falls also not too far away. The room was great with good facilities. After reaching the hotel after more than a day of travelling both me and my partner ordered room service which was speedy and fantastic quality! The restaurant did not disappoint either. Breakfast was lovely!
Cons: I had trouble with my booking in that I was arriving a day later than originally planned. Trying to sort this out over the phone with the hotel proved to be difficult due to language barriers. We eventually sorted the problem but had to do so through booking.com.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The surroundins, the pool and the staff.
Cons: Could be cleaner but is fine
5,0 Okay
Pros: not much
Cons: bugs in the room. No hot water in the morning so no shower. Even though the hotel was nowhere near capacity we were all given rooms as far from the lobby/restaurant as could be, which meant a long walk with our luggage in the dark--this felt unsafe, especially for our female companions. Receptionist miscommunicated with the cab driver regarding coming to pick us up to go to the airport. We sat in the lobby right in front of her for 20 minutes before asking her to call again only to find out that the cab wasn't even on the way--saying they were told by the receptionist we didn't want them to come.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is amazing! Sadly I got sick while there (the flu- not their fault) but they were so kind, had the pharmacy delivery medicine to me, etc. The location and set up of the hotel are divine, the food is spectacular, and customer service is too. I would go again and again.
Cons: I felt the breakfast was a little lacking in the hot foods selection, but the quality of the foods that were provided was great.
7,9 Good
Pros: I liked the wild life and greenery . The restaurant was excellent as was the staff.
Cons: We ran out of hot water after 20 minutes, we were 4 people. The breakfast was not very good. The rooms could use a new paint job.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the forest and has a great swimming pool and hotel bar. The rooms were large (we had a 4 persons room). Staff was very friendly and arranged the sweetest taxi driver for us, that drove us everywhere (mr. wilson). It is convenient to visit the Brazilian side on the day of arrival (we arrived at 10) and go to the Argentinian side the next day. Doesn't take a lot of time to pass the border.
Cons: If I had to mention something, it would be that the interior of the reception/restaurant is a bit outdated. With a few adjustments, it would be more modern.
7,5 Good
Cons: I asked if I could have a smoothie on the breakfast, because there is free milk and bananas. The waiters toñd me I had to pay if i wanted. That's a bit disappointing.

Pros: Lovely hotel and the garden/pool are, I'm sure, great in good weather. Room was good size and clean with spacious bathroom. The options to switch the TV between Spanish and English was appreciated. The restaurant attached was really good and the breakfast was also a good mix.
Cons: There was not a great deal of internal lounge space. As when I went the weather wasn't good enough to sit outside this was a problem as I had some time to wait before my bus and couldn't really wait at the hotel. The taps could really do with hot/cold signs as it feel like wasting water as turn them on and wait to see which is hot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All nice. Location, service, backyard with pool, breakfasts.. Thanks to hotel
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location, nice building. Experience impacted by poor financial management approach.
Cons: Was double charged for my accommodation. The place acknowledged the overcharge but have not refunded the excess despite several requests.
6,5 Good
Pros: Phenomenal Italian restaurant on site - would be a standout in any city. All pasta made in the restaurant. Great value, too.
Cons: Essentially no wifi in rooms. Slower than dialup when it worked. Staff denied that there had ever been complaints about it in the past... Really??! Finally provided access to the staff network in the reception area with acceptable speed, but only after being persistent about the lack of wifi.
4,6 Okay
Cons: The hotel didn't accept credit cards and this had not been informed beforehand. What could have happened if I didn't have US dollars for emergency with me? Moreover the hotel didn't issue the receipt.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the property was 2 blocks from the Bus station and Restaurants, the manager at the desk checked us in earlier knowing we were tired from a 18 hour bus journey, this gave us time to freshen up before visiting the Iguazu Falls. the nights stay was excellent. the cab called by the reception arrived on time to transfer us back to the airport. overall a very good experience.
Cons: the breakfast could have more of a variety it lacked the continental style.
7,1 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Pool was closed and there was no info of that on booking Poor room soundproofing When showering water stops without touching the fosset Breakfast is very poor/simple

Pros: We have stayed at a few places in Iguazu and this is by far our favourite. It is excellent value for money. Nice breakfast variety and dinner menu well-priced.
6,3 Good
Pros: I liked the nature around the hotel and the staff were friendly. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: All in all the hotel is not so well maintained. Rooms are rather bare. Restaurant is loud and crowded. Breakfast buffet has little choices.
6,7 Good
Pros: Taxi service, they offer to take us from airport direct to Iguazu Waterfalls and they will deliver in the hotel our luggage. Always a cab available, rates fair
Cons: Restaurante service, before dinner is bad, too much time waiting, bad food and bad service
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in the best location. In the forest, you can wake up with birds singing to you :) Easy access from Brazil and you can access any place near Puerto Iguazu Downtown.
Cons: The bathroom is all wet after taking shower. Number of power plugs are not enough. I could not charge my cellphone on the bed.
7,9 Good
Pros: Views and ambiance was great.
Cons: Restaurant menu was rather lacking, and serving staff were extremely slow and un attentive.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is great, in the middle of the forest.
Cons: The overall structure needs a ton of renovation. Rooms are old, not super clean and very run down. The best was the most uncomfortable we’ve experienced in a hotel (mattress completely broken) and the air conditioning was crazy noisy and broken (no possibility to turn off the light and change air direction) The restaurant was ok with very slow staff and quite basic food. Breakfast quality is not very good. The swimming pool extremely dirty, with tons of dirty floating and around the pool. There are definitively better places for that price.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The buildings and pathways are cute and make for good pictures and jungle feel.
Cons: The place is very run down, pool is dirty, the activities room is run down, everything needs major updates and upkeep.

Free self parking is available onsite.
6,3 Good
Pros: When we had problems with the next room neighbour because they were very loud at night, the receptionist offered to change our room to cabańa, which is a separate little house just outside of the hotel so that was nice. The location is good, close to cataratas. Although there are no stores around. So you have to go by car to the city center to buy sth. There is a remis service in the hotel, which is easy and fast. The massage at the spa was great, although the massage room is located at the place where you can hear all the people which are at the spa so that was not so comfortable.
Cons: Once when we came back at night it tourned out that the door to our cabańa was widely opened the whole day!!!! Cause the cleaning lady forgot to close it!! .... When we said that to the reception, they didn't care about it at all. So inside we had a lot of bugs and tourned out that our drone was stolen..... ://// :((( You can hear EVERYTHING what is going on in the room next to you. It is so because there are closed doors connecting two rooms. Because of that you have feeling that the walls are made of paper. We had very noisy neighours who were loud at night and early in the morning so after the first night we were exhausted. At the breakfast there was no big choice, but well, its normal in Argentina. But the waitresses could really improve.. espacially in 4-star hotel. They were not cleaning the tables, all of them were dirty so we had to take out the table cloth by ourselves! And we saw them just standing and talking to each other and even eating the food!! And if they started to clean something they were SOO slowly... (like all the service). In Europe that would be unacceptable!! To be honest the hotel was not well maintained. It should have many renovations. It was dirrty in many places.. The floor in the room had stains, the walls need painting.. etc etc The photos look different than the reality.. The spa is opened only until 21 and what I didnt like was that there were children screaming and running so we couldnt really relax. Normally spa is for +18... The wet sauna and relaxing shower were not working. Food at the restaurant was not fresh and its opened only until 22. Once when we wanted to have a beer the waiter said that its not possible because they are closing and they even didnt offer that we can just take it to the room.. And the pool bar is closed very early. I really wouldn't say it's a 4-star hotel. 2-star maximum..

Pros: Everything else was great
Cons: I had a sore back and tried to use the rail in the shower to hold myself up for a sec and it almost came all the way out of the wall, I slipped and ended up feeling worse.
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff were very friendly. Great breakfast.
Cons: The rooms are not soundproof. You are hear everything next door. Difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
4,6 Okay
Cons: The hotel needs to be remodeled. Outdated and shabby.
6,3 Good
Pros: The bedrooms were a good size, shower hot and good. Pool and sauna area were very nice. Breakfast was v good.
Cons: I specifically chose this hotel because it had a gym. It was awful- all the equipment was broken and useless. Hotel room smelt musky and damp. Good menus was limited and average. Travel desk offered limited help. Location is half way to the falls and in the middle of nowhere. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again would rather stay in town - more accessible and better value for money.

Pros: Very clean, very comfortable. It has everything you need after a long day spent at the waterfalls. The breakfast was perfect :)
Cons: We liked everything :)
3,1 Mediocre
Cons: I would STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs. Do not be fooled by the "4 star" rating or the photos. On our first day, we asked the front desk where we can exchange currency and how we can get from the hotel to Iguazu Falls. The front desk pointed us over to a table they have set up in the lobby with looked organized with brochures and a man sitting there ready to "help" you. We had been exchanging 1 USD for 15 Pesos for the past week in Buenos Aires. He assured us that in Iguazu, the standard rate was 1USD for 14 pesos. We were skeptical but we needed cash for our day in Iguazu. He also told us that the only way to get to Iguazu Falls was by taxi, which cost 350 pesos. We took his word for it since he worked inside the hotel lobby, and later found out that we could have took a bus instead for only 80 pesos! Also, as soon as we got to the park we saw a sign that had exchange rates at 1USD for 15 pesos!! We confronted him about both of these things the next day and he got nervous and pretended he didn't know otherwise. What a PETTY CROOK, skimming a few extra bucks from hotel guests. In addition, the hotel room and hallway had a chemical smell to it, the breakfast was a bunch of cheap bread and cheese, we checked the air conditioner filters and they looked like they have not been changed in years, I can go on and on. The front desk would not give us the crook's name later on when we asked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
7,5 Good
Pros: This hotel is located on the main road leading toward the Argentine entrance to Iguazu National Park so the location was great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel is designed so all rooms face away from the road and overlook the expansive property which is very tranquil.
Cons: The hotel is in extreme need of updating. The carpets in the hallways are old and spotted and there is a very noticeable mildew/mold smell in the air.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: great place to stay and I particilarly enjoyed wandering around the Indian reservation opposite. The Guarani people seemed gentle, although how they live may seem like a bit of a culture shock to some. It wsa very easy to get the bus right outside the hotel to the waterfalls. Breakfast filled me up all day!
Cons: I needed to train while I was there and the gym equipment could do with some updating but the spa was good.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Nice pool. On bus route to Falls and downtown.
Cons: Awful very limited dinner. Run down.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's good value, in a good location for both the Falls and city. The staff were really helpful - our first room was near the lobby and noisy, so I asked to change and it was no problem at all. The room was comfy, wifi reasonable, aircon good, and the breakfast - although nothing to write home about - is perfectly adequate (bread, meat, cheese, selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt drinks, coffee etc)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Loved the space we were in. Got there late and they accommodated us. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, climate was still not so warm but it looked very clean and inviting!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Near to the falls, bus is stopping in front
Cons: Breakfast was poor
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast included
Cons: Room smelled old, looked run down, bathroom smelled bad, poorly cleaned,
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very helpfull and polite. They did their best even though none of them spoke English. We asked for a cleaner room and it was easy to get, even we already had used the bathroom of the first room. The dinner in the restaurant was cheep. Fresh fruit for breakfast was good. The pool and the area around was tidy and beautiful.
Cons: The bathroom in the first room we were given was dirty and smelled nasty. None of the pillow cases were fresh. I found hair and stains on every of them. Room for three persons had two beds. The second room was bigger, an extra bed and a somewhat fresher bathroom. The receptionist made sure the bedlinen was changed before we moved in. The food in the restaurant was very basic. Stay away from the morcilla. Breakfast had sinthetic juice and overload of sweet cakes and white bread, no veggies or yoghurt.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Didnt actually stay at the hotel as there were no rooms, booking.com made an error, they did book a room for us in another hotel. But did see the facilities which looked nice
Cons: Hotel was over booked so had to be moved to another hotel
7,5 Good
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Breakfast was poor. The hotel is located a bit far from the center. The rooms are pretty old
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location, a short taxi ride to the falls, but not in town which is hot and noisy. All the main rooms are air conditioned and very pleasant. The swimming pools were a great attraction for the children Ideal for a family stay.
Cons: Although a good buffet breakfast was included in the price, the evening buffet would have been too expensive to feed small children, perhaps provide a simple evening service for children?

Pros: The staff is good. Very helpful, friendly and attentive. The trail in the jungle is beautiful. The hotel offers a lot of different leisure facilities like minigolf, tennis, 3 swimming pools indoor, outdoor and for kids, the jungle trail, fitness, playground. Some rooms have a balcony.
Cons: The carpet in the roomwas very odd, old and dirty. Full of stains. In general most of the facilities need a makeover.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Food wasn’t very good. Orders were not filled correctly.
Cons: Common areas dirty. Musty smell throughout. Worn, torn carpeting. Work going on concerning non-complaint related issues right near occupied rooms. No shuttle service, not even to the Falls, the area’s #1 destination.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is very conveniant
Cons: The pool was closed ,the carpet was smelled very strong
7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel had stuff to do for kids like pool and fussball. Also tennis court, basketball and soccer. Staff was very helpful for a variety of things, very flexible when we left our bags there for a late night flight. The staff was OK with coming back at 5 pm and chilling by the pool, showering etc. even though we were checked out. Nice little "jungle" walk area in some trees (0.6 km, not 1.1 km as stated). They also set up a taxi tour for second day which was awesome.
Cons: The building and inside furnishings (carpet, paint etc.) are really dated and are in need up remodeling. The putt putt golf course was entertainingly unplayable.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Close to border crossing, but nothing else!
Cons: Room changed due to bad wifi reception, Dirty bad quality carpets and 3rd-world buffet. You get twice as much for less on the Brazilian side!
7,1 Good
Cons: When making my booking I asked for an airport pickup. I received a reply saying that my arrival time was ok but I was disappointed that I didn't receive a reply on my request for the airport pickup. It was my first time in Iguazu and I was not familiar with the location or local logistics so I tried to play safe by having the hotel pick me up (as they advertise). Also sent a follow up mail but no reply to that either. I was still hoping that they would be waiting for me at the airport but not so. Fortunately I was able to arrange with another company at the airport.
7,5 Good
Pros: This hotel is a good "base" for your exploration of the Iguazú nation parks (distances: approx. 10km to the Argentinian park entry and some 20km to the Brasilian park entry). The hotel itself offers a good level of comfort (incl. outdoor pool). A nice add-on: approx. 1km walkway in the jungle as part of the hotel.
6,5 Good
Pros: rooms where large enough containing well for 4 person. Good bed quality
Cons: need refresh the carpet in the corridor getting to the rooms.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Like most visitors, I traveled to Puerto Iguazú to visit the spectactular national park surrounding the falls. Hotel Exe Cataratas was a few miles from the park entrance but transportation was easily arranged -- they'll call you a cab or you can take the AR$50 (~US$3.50) Rio Uruguay buses, which pick up and drop off less than a block from the hotel. In contrast to the hotel staff I met in the federal capital, the staff at Hotel Cataratas were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My room was clean and large and comfortable, and the pool was a much-appreciated bonus when I wandered home exhausted after each day of exploring the park's trails. The hotel is neither in town nor in the park, but in-between (about 3/4 mile outside of town on the main road which connects the two) and while better food options are available in town, has acceptable hot food service (both buffet and a la carte) for visitors who are too tired at the end of the day to go exploring for dinner. WiFi worked better than the hotels at which I stayed in Buenos Aires. And after boxes in other hotels that barely chilled their contents at all, I was overjoyed to have a real working mini-fridge in my room and a bar where the staff would give me ice in the evenings so I could enjoy a cold drink while I remembered the day's adventures.
Cons: Some of the facilities in the hotel are getting a bit run down -- it's an older property and it's in a harsh place -- but except for weak water pressure in my shower, my visit wasn't adversely affected by the aging of the property. Visitors expecting a shiny modern boutique hotel have other options to choose from -- but they're going to miss the friendly staff and comfortable rooms that made Hotel Exe Cataratas a winner in my book.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good and generous
Cons: The property smelt really bad as if it was really damp, the room had a dreadful smell and we were thankful we were only there one night. I also tried contacting them about a bag I left behind and sadly have had no response
7,1 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: All facilities a little dated. Was 5 stars about 20 years ago but nevertheless a good stay.
5,0 Okay
Pros: position, on the main road to the waterfalls
Cons: the hotel that is booking five stars is not true, old carpets, smell in the rooms, we booked the reservation on booking.com and they wanted a totally different amount for us - 2x higher. After 15 minutes of guessing we have the right price!
