Cheap All inclusive with great lands and pools but no beach
I liked that the hotel is immersed in the jungle and some wild life can be seen roaming the grounds (monkeys, Coatis, cats and birds).
The food is average to bad. The deserts are the worst. Great variety of nothing to write home about.
Best Resort for Family
Kids had the best time ever! This resort had so much to keep the kids entertained while I got to relax and enjoy. Everything was completely stress free! Shows were entertaining for both kids and adults. Excellent food and friendly staff.
Room wasn't always stocked properly.
It's very nice but it could be improved
I liked our room. They actually gave as an upgraded room. From a deluxe to a junior suite.
I did not like the staff. They all seemed overworked and all over the place. They did not know how to communicate. In English... terrible and in Spanish as well. That was definitely disappointing.
Bell boy and reception
Bellboy and reception was horrible. Never picked the phone. I had two little kids and request golf cart several times - they had an attitude. Impo
Improve the customer service
The food was good and bar staff was friendly. The resort itself was also beautiful.
I'm fairly certain our room had bedbugs which was upsetting for obvious reasons.
Rooms are terrible Bee Hives next to your room Mosquito are outnumbered the guest Very Dark No air condition No sun in the rooms Beach is rocky Don't go their
Beautiful resort, great family place
This is definitely a place families can go with their kids. There are lots of animals and outdoor activities. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. the beds were okay, could have been better, but outside of those things the resort offered great food, lots to do, and gorgeous scenery. The beach, unfortunately, is way too rocky to swim in, but you can still get in. Temperature was perfect!
This only thing I didn't like about the resort is that the room smelled of mold the entire time and the shampoo (no conditioner) was not good for us at all. The beach, unfortunately, is way too rocky.
I Got Attacked By Bedbugs
Room With Out BedBugs
BedBugs Attacking Me & Front Desk Not Willing To Help Me, They Just Asume I Am Making It Up.
Wonderfull hotel all inclusive. Nice cocktail, nice animals
no wi-fi, you need taxi for playa del carmen (but probably is better tha is not so close!)
The comfort and the beautiful white beach everthing is so perfect have recommend it to friends
no
Food and drinks were very nice, also all your stress goes away, as a family its the right place for your holidays
The staff were very helpful and i loved how the hotel embraced the environment and built around it.
The bed sheets smelled a little funky....
Very attentive staff and good facilities. The grounds are very verdant with lots of wildlife to see, such as iguanas, geckos and crabs
There are some sorts of people you can never get away from and some of the guests fell into this category
I liked the remote, jungle setting of the resort and the feeling of a small town within the jungle.
The rooms (at least the room we were given) was very outdated and small. The walls and doors are very thin and we could clearly hear the TV and conversation of the people in the next room. The beach was not clean, trash that had washed onto the beach was not pickup up.
I loved the oceanview room (#122), loved the beach. I felt very comfortable, the other guests at your hotel were quite friendly. The buffet restaurants were great.
The coffee, it wasn't very hot and it was pretty thick.
