Summary of reviews

Guests say
The hotel receives consistent praise for its excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to restaurants and attractions. Many guests also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old furnishings, and lack of maintenance. Noise from the street and other guests is also a common complaint, as is the comfort of the beds in some rooms. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and room comfort are needed.
