Cons:The car could have been started and warmed up. We flew into an ice storm and had to wait in a cold car for 20 minutes before the ice could be scraped off the windows. Besides that, all was well!Reviewed Feb 15 2021

Pros:Nothing this was a horrible experience.Cons:I didn't get my rental car. The payless rep said I could not use a prepaid rental car transaction to pick up the car from the airport. Allow me to get my rental car on time and use the prepaid function.Reviewed Nov 24 2020
