Watch out!!!! They lure you with cheap prices and when you arrive at the airport they show you that the reservation was cancelled to then rip you off with a high price. DON´T BOOK at Payless. Besides, when you return the car, they come up with extraordinarily high toll fees, which aren´t real. When you ask about the proof, they turn very aggressive and rude. Don´t pay them and ask for a receipt with an accurate breakdown. One month after I am still waiting for it. NEVER AGAIN!!!Reviewed Jun 24 2026

The car is a hatchback, but does not have a rear wiper. It made it very dangerous driving when it was outside. Cannot see how the back. Also if Avis is gonna require people to return a rental at 70% charge and they should send it out at 100%. I only got 85% to start.Reviewed May 10 2026
