Pros: Breakfast was awesome. We had several options to choose and its taste was really good Its quality is over level of 5stars hotel. We also tried traditional celemony and had grilled bbq.and it was really good. I actively recommend having meal in this restaurant. Every saff is so close to their guests. Someone can think it is too close but i just felt friendly and kind. I am sensitive to noise but this hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It made me feel fully relaxed. If you need healing time, stay in this hotel will be very helpful. And private buttler service is reliable. Our buttler Ali sincerely helped us to design local tour and transport to the airport . It was really helpful and comfortable to us. This hotel is trustworthy and has merit of location from monkey forest and downtown. Everything was perfect to us. Surely i’ll visit this hotel next vacation. Bali is worth several visiting.
Cons: Not that much. We moved to this hetel from jimbaran so we used hotel transport service. and it was very convinient. Ubut is located in center in land. It can be a little far from beach but hotel is running tour service. If you are affordable to use this, your trip will be easier.

Pros: Everything....from the smiling staff to the extremely well laid out and manicured grounds to the exquisite luxury of the guest rooms.
Cons: Quite a lot of walking inside the hotel to reqch your room.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is flawless! Location is perfect with less than 5 minutes walk to the monkey forest, a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, Ubud market is 10 minutes walk...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and modern villas, the place was spotless. The staff were consistently excellent - nothing was too much trouble. They tried to anticipate any wish we had. When we asked for fresh limes for our G&T’s they would arrive so quickly. No follow up reminders like in some places. Food at Shrida restaurant was the best in Ubud. We tried other places but came back to the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel, staff, service and food.
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff
Cons: The restaurant at the hotel used the large plate but small portion approach. Luckily there are good local restaurants.

Pros: I'm fortunate enough to travel to many beautiful places around the world quite frequently throughout the year and I have to say, this place is near the top of the list of most beautiful. Its a nice getaway from the busy touristic hustle and bustle of the Ubud center. My partner and I took advantage of almost all the amenities: tennis courts, yoga studio, gym, infinity pools (yes they have 2) and the spa. Oh and that breakfast was SO good. I would come back in a heartbeat.
Cons: I really have no complaints.

Cons: Half of one of our 2 days we can’t use the pool because they was cutting a huge tree
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s our third stay in Uma by Como. Without hesitation, it’s como that comes to our mind whenever we visit ubud. All the villa are well appointed, clean and comfortable; it always feels serene. Waking up to como breakfast is our favourite, plates are always freshly prepared with the best natural ingredients. It’s always a delight. Service is always warm and lovely, even offered to get my milk to-go when we were rushing off to catch the city shuttle. Front office was so kind to arrange late check out for us too as our flight departed late. That was such a nice surprise, as it allowed my daughter to hang out longer in the pool and had lovely lunch by the poolside. Food was great!! Thanks como, it’s always nice travelling with you. Looking forward to visiting the other como properties around the world too.

Pros: Uma is set close to town, but in a very green, lush location. The property is expansive and with only 40 rooms, it feels very private. The staff as lovely and upgraded us for my birthday. The cocktails were a standout but all the food was great. I highly recommend the spa.
Cons: They do push their activities on you, but we did a bike tour through them and it was excellent.

They clean the room 2 times a day. Snacks and refillable water bottles provided. We moved on to ritz Carlton and we missed komaneka’s hospitality.
Cons: We loved everything

Pros: In the centre of Ubud, a calm and luxurious hotel (great view, pool, wonderful staff, tea time...).
Cons: A bit expensive compared to other luxurious hotels in the area
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff were really attentive. Breakfast was good. Location was ideal for the center of Ubud.
Cons: The bathroom part of the suite was not air-conditioned and mosquitoes could fly in through the bathtub area through mesh wiring. My room ran out of hot water at 8pm likely because the room next door used up all of the hot water when they showered. I had to wait 30 min before more hot water was available. Even then, the water wasn’t as hot as I would have liked it. By the morning, the water was back to the usual hot temperature.

Pros: Warwick Ibah is an amazing resort that has the great feel of a resort but designed with authenticity of Bali culture and experience. Ayu, Karin, and the rest of the amazing staff were fantastic. Always greeting me with a smile from beginning, during and the end. The Garden restaurant served amazing Indonesian cuisine as well as traditional favorites if needed. I especially enjoyed the special dinner with blessing, dance, and traditional Indonesian dinner served on Tuesdays and Fridays. The resort is quiet and serene but not so far (walkable distance) from the city center to enjoy shopping, people watching, temples, local restaurants with happy hours and dining. If needed, they provide drivers to get you where you need to go including ATMs and trips to historic spots in Bali. I had a driver take me to the Bali Swing for a day and a beach in Seminyak to see the ocean. Also, take advantage of the trail/hike up King's Hill! My room, The Royal Suite, was beautifully designed with authentic Balinese sculpture and wooden/bamboo architecture and a beautiful view of the forest greenery and floral landscaping. I didn't have my own pool but the pool for everyone was only steps away, quiet and serene with towel service. My favorite part of my room was the outdoor shower! Loved the cleaning and turn down service and the welcome fruit. AND, kudos to the restaurant staff for the surprise 50th birthday cake upon my late arrival my first day! Truly a great experience. I hope to return soon!
Cons: N/A Everything was perfect!

8,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a unique hotel for its old fairytale-like Balinese architecture. The hotel gardens are a lush paradise. We enjoyed our stay there overall.
Cons: Staff is rather slow and sometimes forgets about certain details. More training would still be necessary, considering the 5-star category of this hotel resort.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff here are amazing and made us feel quite at home. I enjoyed the jungle views from our balcony and swimming in the pool. Early morning walks up along the ridge are a delight. Having the free shuttle service on call to take us to places within Ubud was such a convenient way to get about. One night we enjoyed a delightful dinner in their resturant where the staff were most attentive and friendly.
Cons: Nothing to fault

Pros: How to begin....this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in our lives. We started our honeymoon in this hotel and after finalizing our trip we can confirm this is the best hotel probably not only in Bali but in the world. Since our arrival for check-in until our departure, the service was fantastic. We have never seen a service like this. All the staff will call you by your name. They even customize the menu for you with food that you cannot eat or have allergies. The hotel has an environment which is just unexplainable. We stayed in a private villa with the view to the forest and it was gorgeous. The room was very clean, and for having 30 villas you feel you are in your own little world. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is away from all the busy Ubud center. All the nice hotels are in this part of the city. They provide shuttle service every hour for you to Ubud center. All the nice restaurants are also located in this part of the town, so it only takes 10 min with the shuttle bus. To come back you just order a taxi in the restaurant. Everyone knows the hotel, so it is perfectly fine. P.S: Thank you all for making our honeymoon and my wife's birthday an unforgettable moment!
Cons: The breakfast could be improved by being able to choose more options. They change the menu every day for you which it is nice, but sometimes you would like to have the same breakfast from the day before. We stayed for 6 days and we got a different breakfast every day. Lunch and dinner on the other hand are very complete and many options to choose from. The private pool temperature could be a little bit warmer (not complaint, but just suggestion)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location is in remote , traditional Ubud village. The 2-bedroomed villa we stayed in is huge, 2 level , with large bedrooms, living room and dining/kitchen area. Large private pool with excellent view.
Cons: A bit off the Ubud town, very difficult to get any transport to & from. The villa is big, very roomy , but not well maintained. Have to wait a long time for food to come , both in the restaurant and in-room dining.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The landscape and the view in the middle of the jungle
Cons: Breakfast can be better
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help. They even created my own vegetarian menu!

Pros: Extremely good location and very attentive staff. Although we had a few incidents of insects in the room but it was absorbs timely by the staff. My parents were extremely happy about the stay and pool temperature was also very comfortable. Strongly recommend to anyone for honeymoon or with family.
Cons: Can bring more choices for the breakfast but it has already been impressive if you stay less than 2 nights.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: If you want to have the perfect escape at a luxurious resort with the absolute best service, I recommend you to stay at Komaneka at Tanggayuda. My wife and I stayed here for one week, for our second honeymoon, and we had an absolutely excellent experience. We have been to Ubud a number of times, and we consider it the best place on Bali for culture and relaxation. This was our first time at a Komaneka resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home by the excellent welcome from the staff and assistant GM of the hotel. We had booked a valley pool villa, and the photos did not really do this villa justice. It is a fully equipped and stylishly decorated villa that really has everything you need, with an extremely comfortable bed, full bath and shower facilities, an Apple TV and Nespresso coffee maker, and daily fresh fruits and snacks. Outside our villa, both the gazebo and the private pool offer a relaxing view of the valley with nature and all its tropical sounds surrounding you. The area is quite secluded, you take a dip in the pool while surrounded by flowers, the sounds of birds and crickets, and a squirrel hopping from tree to tree right in front of you. While my wife and I were in the pool, a small yellow-feathered Iora bird came in for a very quick dip in the pool right next to us, and flew off again. It is this kind of immersion in nature that really adds to the experience. The resort has three other magnificent pools, but the comfort of your own villa is such that you don’t really feel the need to go anywhere else. Twice per day turndown service is excellent with staff going out of their way to make you feel at home. They get the little details right - staff you’ve never met before that know your name, any request needs to be made only once and staff will remember it throughout your stay. A couple of months before our stay, I had arranged a number of special add-ons with the hotel for our stay, including spa treatments and th
Cons: There is not a single negative point we can think of. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The staffs were friendly
Cons: We booked the pool villa and found out that the infinity pool was blocked by the view of another villa’s high roof. Furthermore we found a cockroach on our bed. The toilet need to flush 3-4times. The food was way below standard. Dirty cutlery, stained coffee cup. One of the worse experience.

Pros: beautiful place, architecture, view, room, decor. visually it was amazing. the greenhouse was interesting. in the end, it was just the view and nothing else besides.
Cons: other than a few senior staff, the others were yes-men who didn't follow through. you would call front desk and ask for something and then have to ask again a few more times. the food was mediocre or at least didn't match the rest of the hotel. frankly, for the price, I thought I'd be getting more.

Pros: The grounds that the Chedi on are stunning, lots of gardens, water features and surrounded by lush rice terraces.
Cons: Unfortunately our overall our stay at the Chedi felt decidedly average. We had told them in advance when we were arriving but there still seemed to be some bluster and air of not expecting us when we got there. Even though I'd updated credit card details in advance and we'd successfully pre-paid for one of the nights, it was brought up on more than one occasion that the card I'd originally booked with was no longer working, despite them having our new card details. The rooms themselves were the biggest disappointment, they are dated, small, tired and in need of a renovation. Things feel old to the point of grubby in some instances e.g. the sun loungers outside were badly stained, there's a Bose sound system but it doesn't have bluetooth so you can't connect to Spotify etc. There was just a very low level of personalisation throughout, or even remembering what was covered in our booking, as we booked 3 nights+ a hot air balloon ride was included as a bonus on booking.com - we got it complimentary in the end, but not before we were asked to pay for it, twice and in one instance someone actually ran after us through the rice terrance to sign for it! I always try to match my expectations to what we are spending per night and the fact is this is seriously overpriced (we paid around €530 a night) next to other stunning properties available in Bali.

Pros: Serene grounds that cannot be duplicated
10,0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you arrive and set foot in the beautiful grounds of the Chedi Club you feel total peace and tranquillity. The surroundings are stunning and the staff are so attentive and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the Hadiprana Villa which is so spacious and luxurious, with all the complimentary amenities you would expect. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.
Cons: There is nothing that did not meet or exceed expectations.

Pros: Beautiful
Cons: A little to far from main road
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere of breakfast was really nice. Quiet, large choice and really cooked breakfast, not ready to serve one. The cook was here . Very nice service. In front of top swimming pool. Quiet and romantic place. Not far form Ubud center, but you need transport...
Cons: I just regret it was no outside shower in the room. Its something i really appreciate in Indonesia usually. The smell in shower and toilets was not very nice. Humidity and climate probably don't help the maintenance, especially in lower floor. We were in suite. I probably would recommend upper floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything it’s beautiful, calm, relaxing, attention to detail is spot on and the staff couldn’t be more helpful
Cons: Nothing at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! The location, the pool, kind staff, yummy balinese cuisine, the room....the use of a rather well equipped old school gym very close to the villa.
Cons: Not as much as didn't like, but definitely needs more bath towels in room and there should most certainly be multiples of 2 tea bags etc and such when you have 2 guests staying in a room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice villa with excellent staff.
Cons: Little expensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place. We took 2 bedroom residence with pool for 3 nights. The hotel is in the city but you do not feel it. The pool in the villa was big enough (about 11m). Very stylish and quite hotel. Restaurant was very tasty with Balenese and Italian food. Highly recommend this place to stay in Ubud. Friendly and smiling staff. We liked all : morning yoga, massages ( we took in villa for all family members). We took half of the day tour with Sudarma. Very good tour where you may see all lovely places and views of Ubud. Special thanks to Sudarma for this interesting journey.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Pita Maha Resort&Spa is a fantastic located place where, from the first minutes till the last ones of your stay, you can feel that somebody cares about you all the time. The hotel is fantastic because of the atmosphere which reminds You that You are on holiday and the primary goal of Your stay there is to relax Villas are very spacious and comfortable. We chose for us villa with a pool, and that was an excellent decision. Clean service works perfectly- both the villa and garden are always clean and ready for You. Not only in Your private garden but also in the whole hotel You can feel the privacy and atmosphere of Bali. Each day we had fresh fruit and water in our room. Room service available 24/7 works perfectly. The restaurant is for sure one of the best we have ever had during holidays, both service and food are perfect. Every single meal was delicious and prepared with the highest effort. We waited for every meal, and we were never disappointed. Spa keeps the highest standards, massages with the view on the forest were terrific, although quite expensive. Pita Maha Resort&Spa is the place where we for sure come back one day, and we will recommend it for all of those who like sites with the highest standards and fantastic atmosphere.

Pros: So beautiful - gardens stunning
Cons: Very deep stairs - not good for people with bad knees or hips - long way to work from room to foyer (lots of stairs)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the most beautiful places I have stayed. The villa was magnificent and the staff would go to the ends of the earth for you! Could have breakfast delivered and set up on your villa porch whilst you looked out into the jungle.
Cons: Only challenge I have is that although I had to pay up front for the room and a private temple dinner, they asked for payment again for both of these and although I brought my booking confirmation, wanted more proof I had paid so had to search through my bank statements to find proof. Despite this awkward situation, it was a small blip on such a fantastic resort

Pros: The location of the Pita Maha is spectacular... set amongst the greenery of Ubud. Part of our booking was a complimentary lunch which was lovely. The breakfast was great too
Cons: Everything was as i expected. There was nothing i did not like

Cons: I did not like the fact I had to leave.

Pros: The bustle of the entrance gives way to a very relaxing rice paddy field. You forget you are in downtown Ubud. The location is excellent with many cool shops and restaurants around. Rooms spacious. Massive shower. Very attentive staff cant do enough for you.
Cons: Difficult to find anything I disliked about this resort.

Pros: All staff were so nice, friendly and willing to help. The pool was just right, loved the atmosphere of the whole resort, small and calm. Resort so close to other great restaurants. Everything was fantastic, will definitely come back. Thanks Alaya xx
Cons: Loved everything about it.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The best location within Ubud, in the very center, next to yoga club and retreat center, and large private area of the hotel at the same time, eco atmosphere of the hotel. The room had a huge balcony, terrace and fruits in the room every day
Cons: The room had only a shower, not a bath, which was indicated in the photos and looked fabulous as a part of the room. The menu selection at dinners could be better, swimming pools are very small.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved that it was an oasis in the heart of Ubud, but being in a luxury suite loved the bathtub and decorations inside. The restaurant performances were also lovely
Cons: constantly had bugs in the room and would have appreciated more insulation. The staff was also aloof and gave me a hard time with regards to transportation around Ubud.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just about everything. Awesome place for couples, very relaxing luxury resort. Location is about 10minutes from ubud centre so nice and quiet. Probably the most amazing infinity pool I've ever seen with panoramic jungle views.
Cons: Lots of walking up and down steps huge resort. Quite a long walk from lobby to other end of hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: From the moment you arrive to the time you have to depart, you will feel like the staff truely care and want to provide you with the best they have to offer. We loved the fruit basket upon arrival and the bedtime treats before bed. The mosquito net around the bed was also useful at night since we are located in the middle of a beautiful forest. A Indonesian massage at the Chaya spa is a must have experience while staying at the Kamandalu as is dinner at the Petulu restaurant.
Cons: Given we were in the middle of the forest, there was a lot of wildlife and small insects. It was amazing to be woken up by chirping birds in the morning and to hear the frogs as you stroll back to your villa in the night. There were some insects that joined us at this retreat both inside and outside the room but this won’t stop me returning again.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: View to the river is beautiful. We booked The New Year's Eve Party. Apart from the fact that it was over at one 1 a.m. it was a very nicely and beautifully arranged event. THX to Staff!!!
Cons: Breakfast could be better. No maracuja, no dragonfuit, which are all not expensive in Bali.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so sweet, the villa was beautiful, free breakfast, free shuttle to Ubud, nice afternoon tea, beautiful location. The facilities and resort was extremely clean. The guests were so nice. It was an unforgettable trip. So pleased and will come back. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning with a cute little chicken and cat. We also were visited by monkeys in the spa and on our roof.
Cons: The restaurant and alcohol were very pricey. The roosters were nonstop. Every morning at breakfast a cute young chicken would come eat with us, but n the last day he wasn’t there and that made me sad. What happened to him?? Also, the food was a little cold.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. My way back to Ubud was my best moment during my stay.
Cons: The staff management is absolutely frightful! I asked my taxi driver about the hotel after my check out, as a good Balinese he prefered to say nothing about It, but his eyes said everything!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Quite intimate with a beautiful jungle view.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful, with fantastic views and reception staff were very helpful. Food was amazing and the pool was absolutely stunning. Our room was incredible with amazing views and extremely clean. The spa complimentary foot massage was lovely. Would recommend staying to friends and family based on the scenery, comforts and the pool!
Cons: The drink prices was expensive in comparison to everywhere else we went in Bali which was disappointing and surprising, and the bar staff were very slow with their service. But we just chose not to drink too much and it didn’t impact our stay at all. The spa staff were also a little rude as they spoke to each other throughout our complimentary massage. The walk back to check out was very difficult up the steps with suitcases.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view in the jungle, the staff, the owner.
Cons: The spa services is too expensive for Bali.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, amazing location, once in a lifetime experience (you can see monkeys from your balcony and hear the jungle as you sleep)
Cons: The internet was very slow or it didn't work at all; very limited food choice and very expensive
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the resort in general but in special the rooms, the spa and the swimming pool. The local dancers presentation is really good and brings community, hotel and tourists together.
Cons: The river was not accessible which was a shame and the bathroom privacy was compromised since some other guests could see us while in the bathroom and toilet. In addition the hotel could provide more transfers to the city centre specially at night (currently there are only 3 possibilities)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet Staff so friendly Food is delicious Pool has an excellent view Room is in a jungle with great view The cooking class was unique and great cousin Spa is great Facilities is excellent And the Yoga class in the revere Note, I had stayed in the hotel for three times and I highly recommend it.
