Pros: There are a lot of fresh paint and some improvements.
Cons: There is a huge permanent and well traveled mouse hole to the right of the door, at the frame and base board area. The exhaust fan in the shower had black mold/dust stellagtites hanging out of the housing. A spider dropped in when we first arrived. Was told no coffee or breakfast because of the Corona Virus. My nephew stayed at the Baymont and had a full breakfast available. The overall cleanliness of the room made me feel in need of a shower afterwards. Too cheap. There were disgusting stains on all the pillows. The toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The size of the TV as compared to the mount screams cheap. It was crazy how many examples of the bare minimum were applied. It took hard work to stay that devoted.

Cons: The floors were very dirty, towels were rough, very very thin sheets (froze my first night had to ask for a blanket), pillows were very flat, mattress kept sliding off bed, shower head didn't spray very hard, and no coffee maker.

Pros: Nothing. the guy that tried to check us in was awful. It took him 1hour to check us in one of our rooms and 5 hours for the second room. Then out smoke alarm went off at 12:15am and they could not fix it. So I demanded my money back.

Although next to a freeway, so to speak, it was surprising quiet, except for a few noise cars among the guests. A great place for people who only need a place to sleep while in Paris, Texas to do work.

Cons: The way the water flows through the plumbing system and leaks need some improvement. And the temperature takes a while to adjust. Also, the bath towels and floor were dirty.

Cons: Like a grand lady who is past her prime, but still puts on a bit of make up each day, we kind of got what we paid for. The room was not really clean when we checked in. It hadn't been dusted in weeks, the floor had not been vacuumed. The continental breakfast reminded me of one we had in Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, in Mexico 18 years ago, one had a loaf of bread plus a jar of peanut butter and a jar of jelly, a jar of instant coffee and a container with sugar and another with milk, plus some cornflakes. The continental breakfast here was a step above, the was real coffee, and the ability to make giant waffles, but not much else. We choose to eat breakfast at McDonalds.
