Staff were so kind and helpful
The location is great, and the staff were extremely helpful, giving us telephone directions to find the hotel, helping us obtain parking while avoiding tickets, and accommodating our five-year-old daughter with no notice, since kayak doesn't allow you to easily clarify that ones party is comprised of two adults with a child. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again.
The only quibble is the air conditioner was a little noisy.
The staff was great very accommodating, very clean, had a pleasant charm, good variety for breakfast, I would stay agin!
The only thing the road traffic was a little load.
I loved that it was small, comfortable and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the location was perfect!
The staff bent over backwards to be helpful to us.
No restaurant in hotel, though a nice one right down the street.
Once I found it, I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was excellent. The breakfast delicious.
The room was rather small, noisey, and dark. Would have preferred more of a view. But was generally pleased.
The staff at Hotel Palazzo Piccolomini were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay!
Impersonal staff; poor sound insulation;
Location, polite staff who were helpful as time allowed. . good breakfast quality and variety. Sri Lankan desk staff and others very helpful with left luggage problem, and other information..
Understaffed. Very plain. very , very small rooms without character. The world's smallest shower. Recommended grotto restaurant so rude and unwelcoming that we left without being seated.
Lovely space, clean and pleasant, esp the common areas -- beautiful historic rehab.
It was supposed to have internet; I had no luch with it. Also, chemmicals sed to clean the room were pretty harsh. I had to open the window.
Room was very small, portable air conditioning leaked a lot of water on the floor, which made it dangerous on a tile floor. bathroom drain dripped all night long, shower stall was so small you couldn't bend over with out opeinng the door with your tush whne you did bend over
The rooms that we had were dark and dismal. I would not recommend it.The staff however are very nice.
Excellent staff, great location, beautiful rooms and free internet.
