Pros (+) Th location is perfect. We love staying at Perdido Beach Resort. The views are fantastic. The rooms are nice and spacious.
Cons (-) We encountered a rude valet upon arrival. She was probably just having a bad day. Latitude 30 restaurant was a major let down. We wouldn't go back to this restaurant.

Cons (-) The bar at the pool closed at 6pm, it would be nice to be outside and enjoy a drink after dark.

Pros (+) What a beautiful beachfront view from our room! The room faced directly to the Gulf, almost entirely unobstructed. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the staff made sure we had plenty of pillows. The resort is well-appointed, with several restaurants, a gift shop and an office to book any type of water adventures you might want. We only ate at Latitude 30 this time, but it was quite good fo...
Cons (-) Coffee service in lobby ends at 9am, and no other beverages in lobby - disappointing from a full service resort. Despite booking in advance, our room was not ready at 4pm as promised, and the staff did not offer any perks as a result of our inconvenience. The in-room coffee was not an award winner either, but seemed to be somehow better on the second day. Has the typical awful pillows as most hote...

Pros (+) Room was excellent, great view of the beach - loved the location the most.
Cons (-) Spa/jacuzzi area was filthy (hair, garbage, leaves floating) and there was so much chlorine our eyes burned from five minutes in there. loud college kids drinking and smoking around pool at night (felt less like a resort and more like a cheap spring break hotel).

Pros (+) We had a great time. It is centrally located and right on the beach.
Cons (-) There were some self described "Frat boys" that were pretty awful on the beach, but when they moved up to the pool and began urinating in the shrubs the hotel security quickly corrected them and I did not see them again.

Pros (+) Had everything we needed. Destiny at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful person we came across. The industry needs more stars like her.
Cons (-) Be aware of your room location. We could smell the garbage that we were put by the whole time. Latitude30 service was terrible. Slow, and not how we requested. Charged for items we never received but manager never was available. One server on a holiday night.
