Pros (+) Good location and nice straight forward layout. Seemed to be kept pretty clean.
Cons (-) Way, way too many pets (dogs). In one elevator trip, I saw three different dogs. One was pretty big and the owner had to restrain the dog to keep him from jumping on me. In total, I saw six dogs and heard one barking a few rooms over for an extended period of time.
