Pros: Staff is very nice, guy at front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: It's very hard to get out of on a major intersection and stoplight when traffic is heavy.

Pros: It was a nice facility

Cons: Construction was across the street but overall a descent location

Cons: On one occasion our room did not get housekeeping (trash not emptied, no fresh towels).

Pros: It was inexpensive and not too far from the place I was going to all weekend long

Cons: I did get woke up by room service every day but it's my fault for not having the do not disturb sign on the door

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was the cleanest we have stayed in. We are staying there again on the 23rd of Oct.

Pros: Bathroom was to small for the sink, which they moved to outside of bathroom.

Cons: The parking lot and property are on a slant. Omaha received quite a bit of rain during our stay. The way the water runoff is diverted causes it to run across the parking lot (which is pretty compact) creating quite a current. One of our guests had her feet swept out from under her causing a fall and subsequent soaking. Staff did not seem to care, and wanted no part of the rain. The family that runs it has most of the property converted to their living quarters. The room seemed recently renovated but the heater/ac combo unit was very noisy. Glad it was only a one night stay.

Cons: Our stay was.terrible . We got to our room and it was dirty .We were unable to place anything in the draws they had coffee spilt in the m and never cleaned. They said because it was a smoking room is the reason. For the blanket with hole . I will not be recommending or staying at this hotel again . I have never had such a bad experience in life . Our anniversary was ruined because of the unpleasant room Very unhappy so I say to anyone thinking about staying there Don't .

Pros: Location was good. Did not have breakfast,

Cons: No hot water for the shower. Room had bad odor. Had to go to the office for extra towels. House keeping will not issue. Sheets and cover had holes. Carpet was really nasty. Had flies in the room but no bed bugs.

Pros: The new management is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient f and close to restaurants, shopping, and the zoo.

Cons: There is no elevator, so be prepared for stairs, but it's not a big issue.

Cons: Check in included extra charge for safe. As it was an optional charge asked for it to be removed at the check in and was bruskly refused. Unable to have it removed at checkout due to staff incompetence as well. Feel like the whole set up was geared to adding cost not published through online booking.

Cons: I always have a suitcase with me, and struggling to get up and down the stairs sometimes is a little uncomfortable.

Cons: Had to change rooms 3 times, one room dirty, one tv didn't work. Third room ok but phone didn't work and found smoke detector in a drawer.

Cons: There was hair on the bed and the linen was stained. I was so exhausted I curled up on the floor, slept for a few hours and bailed. The health inspector needs to shut the place down. Gross.

Cons: Asked for a handicap accessible room placed in a room far away from handicap parking.

Cons: The breakfast offering was not what we usually see at a Super 8. The eggs were frozen and tasteless. The waffle maker did not cook the waffles thoroughly. No butter or syrup containers were available. The room was not well-supplied. The room had 2 dinky pillows and we were told no additional were available. There were no washcloths and only one hand towel.

Cons: No facial tissue in bathroom.

Cons: The room felt like it was put together out of a maintenance closet.. and I do not understand why a two-night stay that cost me a little over $119 put a big enough hold on my credit card I wasn't able to use it until the day after I checked out. If I hadn't had cash or a my other credit card with me we wouldn't have been able to eat. If This is the policy of Super 8 don't expect me to stay at Super 8 again.. and this is the kind of hotels that booking is so proud to have on their listing I probably won't be using booking in the future either! we were there for a medical procedure for my wife and she could not get comfortable at all.

Cons: The exit door next to my room did not work with key card. Person staying there yanked hard on the door and it opened. Only saw one person working the desk over 3 different days and different times of the day.

Cons: I was only to be charged --- dollars a night, some how this became ----. I am not sure how I missed that . The staff were nice enough. Room was never cleaned once however.

Pros: Nothing. The room was not clean there was a subtance on the bed skirt and carpet. Hair in the bath tub shower. Charged me extra ten dollars. For my company that came and left.

Cons: Being charged for someone who left. The noise in the hallway the dirtyness of the room. Rude not polite staff.

Cons: If you like stray cats roaming the lobby and kitchen area, smoke alarms that wake you as the staff “prepares” for breakfast, drug deals going on right in the next room over, management who chastises you when the THINK your bringing breakfast back to your room (which is not allowed nor was I about to due so).... this list goes on. If you like all that’s written above, this this property was made for you! Worst stay anywhere ever!

Pros: Staff, consisting mainly of the owners, was very friendly and courteous. The hotel free breakfast offered good selection and the quality was good.

Cons: It is difficult to rate our stay due to the ongoing renovations of which we were unaware when we booked the hotel a few days earlier. The hotel was in process of replacing most of the furniture in the rooms … tv, armoire, table, bedside tables and mirrors. The new furniture was in the room along with some of the old furniture, and the hallway was full of old furniture. The hotel would have been well advised to complete one floor at a time and not book rooms on that floor during renovations, or else have immediately removed the old furniture. Any room bookings allowed during this renovation should have been seriously discounted. The hotel is reasonable close to amenities, such as restaurants and shopping centres, although limited within walking distance as many of the local restaurants are across the street which could not be crossed at this location. The condition of the immediate area appears to be in decline since the majority of traffic on Dodge Road now travels on a bridge above where the hotel is. While current renovations are a good sign of progress, it is an older hotel and given its location makes is a budget level hotel and would be difficult to rate any better than average.
