Pros (+) The location.
Cons (-) There were cockroaches in the room and we decided to stay at another hotel. The front desk clerk said she would have the manager refund our money in the morning. She didn't seem to want to be bothered with us and was quite rude. When I called in the morning, the manager hadn't heard a thing about it. Luckily, they were accommodating and I got my refund promptly once i spoke with them.
