Cons: Budget's manual, in-person check-in process for obtaining one's car is hopelessly out of date in the wake of the pandemic. They should offer customers a self-service, automated option for checking in. Waiting >30 minutes in line to go through this process in person is completely unacceptable these days.

Pros: Clean car, friendly representatives.Cons: The drop off was a fiasco. The computer scanned the car as not having a full tank when it did. The representative in the parking lot said to just take his signed note into the counter and they would remove the charge and fix the problem. There were only 2 representatives on duty and it took over 1 hour for me to get to the counter where it took them about 3 minutes to fix the problem.

Pros: The car was very old and had an odor to it. The budget representative kept telling me she is giving me an upgrade but I was given an old car. I paid for a midsize car and was given a small car. The car daily price was $100 and I was so dissatisfied and disappointed in the car that was issued to me. The wait time to get our car was over an hour. There were at least 40 people in line and only 2 attendants working the counter. They were overworked and frazzled.Cons: Everything definitely the wait time. Please hire more attendants to check people out. The wait time was over an hour just to get a mediocre car. Won’t be using budget again.

Pros: The free airport shuttleCons: Customer service was awful. The truck smelt of weed and was badly damaged on all sides. The truck only had 19k miles on the odometer and the engine was tinny and the suspension is busted.

Pros: I actually had a very bad experience. The worst nightmare for anyone, especially when. You book a week ahead of pick up and looking for to you trip, and then you get told we don't have what you want and may not have it until after the long weekend, after waiting for more then an hour. They told me to speak to the manager, even more rude. The car I was waiting for was waiting outside for 45 minutes, the manager took another customer who ahead turned up 5 minutes ago, where I had been waiting for an hour. I have nothing against any race, but am Indian and the customer was white. This manager took the customer to the car and the customer didn't want it, so at this point I was getting mad and calling other companies, the manager came back and said I have a car for you. Now where did the car come from??? I called enterprise they had something waiting, but this manager was very rude and didn't have any apology or anything. I went with him to finish of the final paper work he wanted all the payment up front. Normally you would pay on return. In the end I just walked out of here. The worst place for customer service. I think he was racist.Cons: Improve everything about having self respect and respect everyone

Pros: The third vehicle that we eventually ended up with worked and was niceCons: Literally everything. More people working the counters, cars not smelling like people took their smoke breaks in them, car batteries having been tested before giving those vehicles out to customers. Not charging customers for fuel when they couldn't stop because the car you have them wouldn't start back up again.

Pros: I stood in line for one hour and ten minutes while a single agent served dozens of clients. She was clearly doing her best, but it was a circus. At one point, Budget customers heard that they could also get served at the Avis counter. Some were successful and others were told they had to go to the back of the enormous Budget line. I will never forget it. It was horrible.Cons: Perhaps have more staff at the AIRPORT to provide customer service? Waiting in line for more than an hour is UNACCEPTABLE. My rental was only supposed to be twelve hours. I was not even offered a pro-rate on my rental--I was there on time for pick-up but ended up dinking around waiting for customer service until nearly ninety minutes into my rental. I spent the rest of the day rushing to get my errands run. Ruined my day. Thanks.

Cons: Checkout was awful. The per-person time to checkout was excessive, people who already checked out kept coming back in and going up to the counter, it was close to 45 mins from time I got off shuttle until time I got in car. Car reeked of smoke.
