The shower could have been cleaned ,better You don’t want to see remnants of other guests when u come in a room. It’s important for house keeping to take time and observe their job and not just rush to finish . The parking lot need to be fenced from the other lots.too many unscrupulous character walk about that aren’t staying at the hotel . A

Pros (+) The check-in folks were friendly.
Cons (-) Your description of having rooms on the bay side or a 'view of the city' was very deceiving. The view of the city was a view of interstate 880, and was incredibly noisy since you're located right on the edge of the interstate. It was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in, and there was no way to get any sleep. The rugs were not clean, and the plumbing in the room was poor.
