8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and location
Cons: Room service menu not much choice
6,3 Good
Pros: Location isn't too far from the center of town. Room had a nice view of the nearby park and city. Near a Starbucks and local mall. Nice architecture.
Cons: Poor service. I was told I could have the included dinner in either the bar area or the restaurant. I told the waiters this as I was having a meeting and felt more comfortable at the bar with my guests. They stated yes. Unfortunately, the hotel still charged me for dinner since they didn't bring me the "special set menu." Management did not assist me by discounting or waiving the charge. Only profit driven, not service driven. Also, hotel will definitely not help guests with luggage upon check out. I did receive help from the front desk upon check in after asking a few times. Designed more for non-Western guests who are used to a similar ex-Soviet style hotel. Musty smell in the elevators, no ventilation. A/c in room made loud clicking sound every time the fan turned on or off.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and every thing in the hotel perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service and swiftness in everything. Also, I liked this hotel as it provided netflix, many asian tv channels and cheap in-room snacks.
Cons: The hotel's revolving restaurant was always closed whenever I wanted to go!
6,3 Good
Cons: The bed was not comfortable
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good beds. Friendly restaurant staff.
Cons: Hotel should be called Soluxe Hotel inside the Beijing Palace, as it is just a few floors within the Beijing Palace. The hotel lobby, with few seating, has only little flair, with great LED screens repeating a constant commercial of the business. No cafes exist, but a tea house in which floor to ceiling packages of tea are stored in a warehouse fashion, served on run down sofas. The Door Lock system did not work at check-in, I was issued a key, noting that the matter still was not resolved at check-out five days later, I assume this issue will continue. The Chinese Restaurant has closed down, only a brightly illuminated lobby restaurant (simple coffees and teas were not available as only a full business lunch could be booked) is available downstairs and a revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor with selective opening times, although offering great views of the city, with good Chinese breakfast (avoid the coffee) and all through out friendly staff. Rooms are larger than expected, but bland and functional. And try to avoid days when weddings are celebrated there - gets pretty loud,- also when staff is barking at each other before guests (often experienced). All in all - better upmarket hotel choices are available in Astana and I will definitely not check in here again.
7,9 Good
Pros: the room was quite big, also the bath room very comfortable
Cons: The bed was too hard, not comfortable
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and convenient! Excellent room with a large desk, comfy bed, well functioning wi-fi, good bathroom = all the comfort you need. The complimentary water bottles in the room was a nice gesture. I also very much appreciated the room service: all the food I tried was very good. The gym and swimming pool was excellent, and I enjoyed going for a workout!
Cons: Actually I liked almost everything! The only thing is that it was quite difficult to communicate with staff at the hotel because they didn't speak much English. For example when I wanted to book a massage, the staff at the spa only spoke Russian. But we managed to get along as they called a colleague who translated via the phone :)
7,1 Good
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Breakfast was not 5 star. Airport pickup did not work out as planned (they offered free dinner to compensate).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly and helpful staff, good panoramic restaurant, comfortable well equipped room
Cons: The fridge was a bit too noisy

Pros: The hotel is really nice, the staff is friendly, kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, WiFi works well. It is warm and cozy. I enjoyed my stay here.
Cons: The breakfast is acceptable (not very good)... BUT...The main problem of the hotel is that there is no access for people with disabilities. The stairs at the entrance are really high which makes it difficult to get in carrying a big luggage and impossible in a wheelchair.

6,7 Good
Pros: Location was good. It served its purpose. We took 2 junior suites. Won't be returning.
Cons: Kuralai at check in was very rude and incompetent. We had a second booking the following Monday, we cancelled it. Took a junior suite, minibar was empty. Asked several times and was not filled. We also asked for an iron and ironing board 3 times over a 6 hour period. We ended up going to the luggage room and getting their only working iron and ironing board. Breakfast was very poor, and there was no choice of fresh orange juice.

7,5 Good
Pros: Staff, Location, Value for Money, Coziness! Special thanks to MERUERT (the girl at the reception) for helping and making my stay more comfortable!
Cons: I stayed in this hotel twice within a week. On the first time all my requests we taken care; room allotted was nice. Second time the room was not that good, it was in the end of the lobby, though I have requested for an accessible room. Who's meeting you at reception matters a lot!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Stuff was amazing all the three girls were very helpful
Cons: I think should improve a bit the breakfast
7,5 Good
Pros: Very comfortable hotel, and the female staff at the reception desk were great - they all spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The male staff were useless however - they spoke very poor English, or no English, and were unable to answer any question I had.
Cons: It is 6.5 km from all the great sights, so too far for most people to walk. Next time, I will stay closer to the Baiterek Tower or the opera house.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is super helpful, all speak English. My emails were replied immediately thanks to Zhansaya (hotel manager). Staff helped me to book my transfer from Airport and mobile router for wandering around in the city. Sauna, swimming pool and gym are new. Breakfast is enough and dinner is abounded. I booked too small room, next time I’ll book bigger one. I paid almost nothing. Prices are very cheap.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and English speaking staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: - The shuttle to the airport is not included in the price. This was not informed while booking the room. - There was no information about the restaurant food or room service in the room.

Cons: There were black hairs on my bed ,..

Cons: The cleanliness of the during the stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Goog place and value for money!
Cons: Poor heating
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Facilities great, pool gym massage. Staff helped with urgent business problem
Cons: This is a general point really! I'm not sure how many westerners are going to be attracted to a country that serves really odd processed meat dishes- the sausages are like something from soviet industrialisation stage! I know there are frankfurters but a little more proximity to wonderful natural products might help
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Super efficient staff Lovely appearance Everything worked well

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel and staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The place is clean, rooms are comfortable and not expensive. The breakfast and dinner were nice. The day staff on reception very helpful. The location is a bit outside the city center, but Hotel is well connected by public transport with the rest of the city.
Cons: The night staff on the reception should be trained more, because the guy that we encountered knew almost nothing about hotel (is there gym, etc). BTW, there is no gym in the hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff w ok english, big rooms and bathrooms, good restaurant at hotel, convenience stores 24/7 just across the street, Eurasia shopping centre 100 metres away.
Cons: Many complain rightly that hotel is difficult to find. That is true the first time. Hotel hidden in otherwise residential area. Highly recommend ordering transfer from airport through hotel. Ca 7,5 euro for ca30 min drive and TOTALLY worth it. Driver will know way, and once you’ve been there, finding it again is easy. We travelled in May, temperature super. Unsure if A/C will do on hot summer days. Balconies in some cases waste of money. Some balconies are totally glassed in with only small window to open. Practically a greenhouse with no furniture. Completely useless. Some balconies seemed ok. Depends on what part of the facade room is on.
6,3 Good
Pros: Reception staff very helpful, good breakfast
Cons: Room moquette not cleaned , bathroom with some parts broken, problems with room service because nobody spoke english, bit far from the centre of the city
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, good-sized room. It's in the old town, which isn't a great location but there's always Yandex and Uber.
Cons: I needed to complete a visa application and the hotel only had one computer at reception. The young lad was very kind and tried to help me but the computer was so old and virus-ridden, I couldn't complete my application on it and had to go to a gamer cafe.

Cons: Bed should have been better first night.Hotel a little too far from downtown.Astana pyramid closed.

Cons: The place weren’t that clean, and it’s visible, very visible. The breakfast itself was like a supper added with eggs and that’s all.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Staffs
Cons: Even after confirmation on email early check in is not provided and wasted my 1.5 hours killing my time outside. A/C was not working in the room properly and need to call FO for that, Technician came but still it was not effective so managed with that only.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was good
Cons: I asked for heater and they didn't have it. It was cold in room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The junior suites are great value for money and very comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful which made it a very pleasant stay. Hotel has a small but well stocked bar and you can get fast food next door such as pizza and fries.
Cons: Would have been nice to have a full restaurant at the hotel and would be good if the bar was bigger.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk!!!
Cons: The fridge frozen all drinks, the table with a broken leg, the shower cubicle with broken floor, only one free electric socket in double room - for this reason the comfort at the room did leave something to be desired. However, worst of all was breakfast. I think the breakfast at this hotel is same kind of mistake. Not many dishes to choose and a cold food in the heated dishes are same kind of nonsens at high quality hotel. The men menaging the brekfast hall was very lazy!!!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The G Empire hotel was perfectly located for exploring the South Bank of Nur Sultan. It is located by a bazaar, market, grocery store, and a KFC so all of my food needs were met. If you are willing to walk for a while, you can go down Abay Street and then Republic Street to cross the bridge into the Left Bank.
Cons: The hotel could not provide me with maps of the city.

7,5 Good
Pros: Located on a main artery by Min. of Internal Affairs, with easy (taxi) access to old Astana and a 15 min drive to new Astana (if you are on official business). A busy place with a mix of guests. Good service. Breakfast is OK.
Cons: Virtually no restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance, requiring a taxi to all decent places (not the hotel's fault, of course). Came during some renovation (?) and enjoyed certain restrictions, but all were handled well by staff.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff is wonderful and helping at any moment. Large bed is very comfortable and firm mattress. Water is available in the hallway.
Cons: Internet a bit slow. It is faster if you go out of the room.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The first room was not ready and they changed to the new one quite fast. The bed is comfortable as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. Got bar on the first floor.
Cons: The hotel is relatevely old, the first room I've got was not prepared, pillows laid on the floor, no bed sheet. The TV is old as well.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, in the evening you can have drink at the lobby bar, very clean place comfortable beds, room 406 with small separate extansion for those who need to smoke :) location from the Piramid and the main street is not walking, you need bus or taxi. The building from outside does not exactly shows 4 stars and even that is hotel, but dont worry, go inside and is much different and better :)
Cons: All was very good, and cannot complain
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The boy who helped me to care my luggage
Cons: The smell of bedding, mattress and blanket stank inside linen. Clothes hangers were covered with dust. The entrance door to the room and the bathroom door were broken and badly opened. Very poor breakfast, stale, pancakes inedible
5,8 Okay
Pros: The Business Suite was ok and spacious, even though there was not a proper desk to work at. The managers of the hotel sought their best to set issues I have found, but the normal staff at reception and restaurant/bar is not sufficiently trained to interact with guests. This hotel might be an option if you stay only one night, for a longer stay you will surely find better hotels and better service in Astana.
Cons: The service in the hotel is not in line with a 4-stars hotel service - most members of the staff only speak a little English, if at all; when I asked to change the room for a quieter one (the standard rooms being very small, without any chair or desk and with windows on a very busy street), it was first refused, and I had to wait the other day when an apparently better trained staff was at service at the reception; my company's credit card was not accepted and I had to pay in cash for my stay, which I found quite unusual, as even in another hotel in Kazakhstan there was no problem with payment with the same card; the first day I had to wait 15 minutes to get an espresso at breakfast; one day hot water was not available in the bathroom, but staff did not understand the problem and brought me a bottle of water.... Only after I complained about the bad service and I had a talk to one of the managers I received at least a proper basic service. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you don't speak Russian or Kazakh, and even then don't expect too much from the service.

Cons: bad hotel without management...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel concerning the old train station is convenient........not too much of a walk. Front desk staff was fabulous and the room OK for two people. Wifi was good and the view was not bad.
Cons: But.....the bar / lounge staff just gave us a cold stare asking for a coffee and walked away not responding. This 4 star hotel does only serve instant coffee!!!! Breakfast was the worst one can imagine.....some sort of omelet cake served cold because they did not use any hot plates...... and only instant coffee!!! The rest. was closed, no food at all in the hotel and only Doener Restaurants between the train station and the hotel and in the immediate surroundings.

Cons: The gym is too cramped and the equipment is old.
