Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, as well as the helpfulness of some staff members. However, there are frequent complaints about outdated rooms, maintenance issues, inconsistent service, and breakfast quality. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, and room sizes vary, with some guests finding them spacious and others too small. Overall, while some guests enjoyed their stay, many felt the hotel did not meet five-star expectations, particularly in terms of amenities and service consistency.
