Pros: The room was modern and update and very comfortable. It was also very clean.
Cons: There was a train somewhere in the vicinity that would go by every few hours. It didn’t wake me up but I did hear it go by at 9pm, 12am and again when I woke up at 6am. Also the doors to the rooms closed very quickly and loudly. I was woken up by what sounded like doors being slammed.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Hart to get to gas stations. Room had a smell.
1,0 Poor
Cons: This is a Motel, not Hotel. When I arrived, the location and look of the people hanging out around the rooms/pool did not warrant a safe location for a single woman to stay for the weekend. I did not check in. Had to find another Hotel.
7,0 Good
Pros: Clean and friendly
Cons: The channel selection is very basic with almost nothing offered and bathrooms are way out of date for 2-1/2 stars.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The property did not notify me upon reserving room that a holding fee would be deducted from my account as well which put my account below my intended balance. The room was a non-smoking room that was smoked out prior to my checking in. To make matters worse, I was charged a $250 smoking fee
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The pool & the Breakfast
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice, had been upgraded, staff all super friendly
Cons: Pool was very dingy, couldn’t see the bottom so we didn’t get in. Tv didn’t work too well, kept losing connection so it was all fuzzy.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: There was nothing we liked about this property.
Cons: There were very big yellow stains on our bed. We were there for 5 minutes and our kids didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a bed that was so disgusting so we had to make arrangements to go elsewhere after driving 15 hours. We were still charged - we will never be back. I have never seen such a dirty hotel. And our room was on the second floor and I’m 7 months pregnant so carrying luggage up and down with no staff assistance was awful.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Ralf was excellent customer service. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Bed is too high off the floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, safe, friendly. Every time I stay.
Cons: Nothing. I'm always happy here. I come every few months.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Employees. Desk employees only.
Cons: I left a Viet Nam knife that I treasured on top of the night stand when I packed to leave. It took me at least 4 day's to get a response that no one found it. What type of sense does that make ? Within 4 day's anyone could have found it and taken it. The next one in my room was the maid. What does that say... The tub backed up over my feet and I was offered a application for some sort of points to show up on my next stay.. Really? There won't be another stay there for me
7,0 Good
Pros: Great staff. Nice pool
Cons: It didn't feel safe. I would not have wanted to stay there alone. The room had a musty smell and felt damp.
7,5 Good
Pros: Already listed in the rating
Cons: The fact that the sink in the bathroom was partially stopped up but rectified. Door has space and air draft at the bottom.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice place to stay. Will be staying there again. Location is good and close to shopping and college.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great and the fruit was fresh. The beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, soft pillow, outstanding breakfast-including fresh bananas. That's all I ask of a one night stay in a motel.
Cons: I told the staff on leaving, the one concern I had was the bathroom door would not close-no matter how hard I pushed on it, it would not latch. I had to put the trash bin against it to keep it closed-I like my privacy.

1,0 Poor
Pros: Checked in 12/13/2019 for two nights, but room 1-no tv, no phone moved to room 2-no phone, no a/c working unit blowing cool air, bed frame sticking too far out, stain on window seat and nasty bedding. Very disappointed stay. Did not eat there, place was just not clean enough for me.
Cons: The entire stay....no one able to compensate my stay I had to endure the worst stay their while I was in town for an graduation. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I left my name and phone number for management to contact me, but of course no one help me. The staff Clint, I think was a so call manager was no help, Emily and Peter did what they could, but still did not fix the problem. Yes I know I booked through a 3rd party but the service once I got there was just terrible. If you ever want to stay there I would say don’t. Just simple horrible experience. Never will recommend this location to anyone.

Cons: I was overall disappointed
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: Plenty. It's very shabbly. The reality is not how it's described or pictured on your site. You could smell the mildew coming from the A/C. Towels and bed linens were old and shabby. The mattress pad on the pull out couch was stained. Carpeting was dirty.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet, both area and in the room, and there was a Cracker Barrel right next door. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was definitely not the most clean place I've been to, there were carpet stains and an overall dank smell like the person before me had bad B.O. that lingered. But for one night stop on a long cross-country drive was fine to lay my head for the night.

Pros: The price was to high but that is expected for a home football game weekend. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. It does have some wear to it but I would stay there again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Front desk staff is very friendly. Housekeeping staff was unfriendly but not everyone likes mornings. Breakfast selection was adequate although the fresh fruit was very small in comparison to a average size apple. Will stay again!
Cons: Nothing negative except the housekeeping staff had their faces in their phones and were unfriendly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are incredible and make you feel very welcome and are accommodating.
Cons: The rooms are old and run down but very clean and well kept. The mattress in our room was covered in plastic and made a lot of noise when turning over during the night along with the air conditioner cycling and the refrigerator ticking.

Pros: Outside has a nice appearance.
Cons: Room wasn’t very clean, had an unpleasant smell. Carpet is dirty, torn.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Shady tenants hanging out in parking lot.
Cons: The room was extremely dirty. First walked in, we were in complete shock. Burn holes in the carpet. Dirt and dust covering everything. Pulled the covers back, and sheets were threadbare worn. Found hairs in the sheets. Definitely not clean. Bathtub was broken and had a huge repair patch. Called to be moved to another room, and on the way to next room, occupants in room next door were smoking crack. This was pointed out by manager. The next room was just as shocking. Asked for refund. How is this place still open? Its drug infested and crawling with the worst of humanity. Stay away from this one.

Pros: Nice, professional staff that cared about their jobs. You don't always get that at lower-priced hotels!

Pros: The only 2 things that were good, one was the water pressure in the shower and 2 good choices for the tv.
Cons: Bugs and more bugs. I had to go out and buy something to kill them. Hard to park, drive way not marked. No were to park to even sign in. The key cards were a joke, you had to get it in the right place so you can get Into the room. Ask for a wake up call for ever morning but my phone never raing once. The wall heat/ac pump was almost falling into the room. Plus I don't think that they ever change or cleaned the unit. Plus the morning that I was leaving some person was knocking on my door at 10:30 just as I was going to get in the shower and asked me if I was going or staying for another day. I told him I will be leaving. He was so rude and said then you need to be out. I don't know who It was but I told him that check out is at 11AM not 10:30. He just turned around and yes he mumbled the words F%#K YOU, I said back to him same too you and slammed the door in his face. No handicap rooms please the first floor you had to use stairs to get to the room. And I really don't know who to report this, but the closest way out of the motel the door was locked at all times. You had to push a little red button to unlock the door and you could not have any pressure on the door because then you can't get it to open. Great fire trap.
