Urine on the floor, everywhere. Urine soaked towels in the bathroom. Nonworking toilet, smelled like... Urine and chemicals. Worst experience ever. Smell gave me a headache for hours after leaving.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events or proximity to key places like the university, hospital, and shopping. Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and a few mentioned reasonable prices. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, unpleasant odors, and pest problems. Service was inconsistent, with several guests reporting missing towels, unresponsive staff, and maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and occasional positive staff interactions were appreciated, cleanliness and service quality were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
