Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the university and campus attractions. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a positive overall experience. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting tidy rooms and common areas. Comfortable beds were mentioned as a plus by several reviewers. However, some guests were disappointed by small or outdated bathrooms and occasional noise issues, but these did not overshadow the positive aspects for most visitors.

Pros (+) Great location on the University of Alabama campus. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The ceilings in our room needed painting but overall a great place to stay.
