Frustrated that parking was extra $20 per day. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. IHOP in the building was great. Good location for the money we spent. Beds comfy.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice. When the staff had problems finding my reservation they fixed it right away. Rooms were clean and orderly.
Cons (-) IHOP was super expensive, and the wait staff were unprofessional and rude. I did not enjoy paying 26.00 a night for parking, as we could have parked next door for 10.00.

Pros (+) Mainly clean. I would look for another hotel first.
Cons (-) The front desk staff was extremely rude through our entire stay. The hotel was certainly showing its' age. The noise level during the night was very annoying - on all 3 floors. Our complaints went unanswered. We took one look at the pool and turned around.

Pros (+) Location was convenient.
Cons (-) We stayed during the Niagara International Marathon. You would think hotels that are participating in offering rates for this run would also offer late checkouts. This courtesy would allow guest could come back and shower before they had to check out. We had to be out before noon so no accommodation made there. The rooms were dated but fairly clean. Good enough for a quick nights stay.

Pros (+) We had a King bed with jacuzzi room. The room was large and clean and better than expected. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was great!
Cons (-) When we checked in, our reservation said King room with hot tub, but they put us in a small king room with only a stand up shower. They switched us to the appropriate room after going back down to reception, but it would have been nice to skip the hassle. The jacuzzi jets weren't very strong. The shower is in need up updating.

Pros (+) We arrived very early on our day of check in (10:30 am) and thought it was great that the front desk changed our room from 2 queens to a King and allowed us to check in that early!!!! Location for walking to the falls is good.

Pros (+) The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location is near the falls and has a WeGo stop right out front.
Cons (-) The IHOP is insanely overpriced. Like whatever your hometown IHOP is, double the price. The pool is a bit small to truly enjoy.
