Pros (+) I was close to the falls. Walking distance to a good Indian food restaurant next door and an IHOP was also next door to this place. We did not need to drive to get food. other then that nothing good to say.
Cons (-) No elevator that we could find for out third floor stay. The stairwells where disgustingly dirty. The room was not dirty but run to the ground. I'm a contractor and the fire escape panic door hardware on the first floor exiting door was broken cause a total fire escape hazard.
