Pros (+) Walkable to falls.
Cons (-) It would've been great that your website didn't mislead me about where i was staying. It's false advertising to show pictures of the Wyndham Garden, but then be put in the 2star 5 storey low rise building next door to the actual hotel. If you're going to have guests pay $560.00 for that so called Tower B hotel and tell them their room has a balcony, you need to have it as a separate location in yo...

Pros (+) Have stayed here many times. Always clean and a good value. Has a small coffee shop for morning bites which doubles as a bar in the afternoon & evening. There is also a pool and hot tub and there is also an excursion desk In the lobby. Really nice beds and linens very comfortable and ample pillows. I left the best for last The Staff is Excelent and Friendly.

Pros (+) Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly.
Cons (-) The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
