Walkable to falls.
It would've been great that your website didn't mislead me about where i was staying. It's false advertising to show pictures of the Wyndham Garden, but then be put in the 2star 5 storey low rise building next door to the actual hotel. If you're going to have guests pay $560.00 for that so called Tower B hotel and tell them their room has a balcony, you need to have it as a separate location in your search. Very disappointing.
Charged $20 per day parking. No mini fridge or microwave. No chair in room. Key didn’t work in door 90% of the time.
Quick family trip
Good location Clean Coffee Shop and Bar in Lobby Good value
Stay with family before my son returns to college
Have stayed here many times. Always clean and a good value. Has a small coffee shop for morning bites which doubles as a bar in the afternoon & evening. There is also a pool and hot tub and there is also an excursion desk In the lobby. Really nice beds and linens very comfortable and ample pillows. I left the best for last The Staff is Excelent and Friendly.
Room was not cleaned and coffee not refilled
Close proximity to falls/restaurants/shops and friendly staff.
Lamps had a good amount of rust on them. Appliances appeared old
Had a great stay at this hotel. They upgraded my room to a suite which had a lot of extra space. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also quite friendly.
The Tourism Improvement Fee was listed on my bill and taxed 3 times. This is supposed to be an optional fee, but when I asked them to remove it they stated that it was mandatory at their hotel. I was not impressed that i was forced to pay this tourism fee on top of my room rate plus tax, on top of my parking plus tax and on top of the facility fee plus tax.
Great location. We walked to the falls. Everything was wonderful. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful. We had a flat tire and the staff helped me look up a place locally to get it taken care of.
limited parking. was a little surprised by the $14 parking fee.
ENOUGH PARKING AND LOCATION
The size of the room was nice.
In the ad they did not disclose that there was a $14/day parking fee and ~$5/day facility fee which added another $20/day to the cost of the hotel. People should know about these fees. Also, if everyone has to pay a facility fee, why don't they just add it into the room rate. I guess because it makes their rates look higher (which they are).
The room was not as expected. I thought I had reserved a room with a hot tub larger with a king bed. Most disappointing as my husband and I were riding into Niagara Falls on the motorcycle and we're really looking forward to the evening.
Rooms were nice.
Didn't like paying an extra $17.50 + taxes per night for parking.
