Pros (+) The hotel is walking distance to anything you'd want to see in Niagara. You can get free cookies from the concierge at check-in/check-out.
Cons (-) There was a faint smell of cigarettes in our room. The bed's dressing consisted of an uncovered duvet sandwiched between two flat sheets. I've never seen such a thing before. Our room was on the 7th floor with a balcony, which is accessible from a number of rooms. As a result, we got to listen to one woman's phone call as she paced the entire length of the balcony. Pros (+) The hotel is super close to the falls and Clifton Hill area of Niagara, but not in the middle of the action so it's nice and quiet. We didn't have a view room, but we could still see part of the falls. There really isn't a bad room in the place. The pool is salt water and had an adult's only part for swimming laps which was appreciated.
Cons (-) There is an additional parking fee per night if you drive.

Pros (+) I LOVED the AMAZING view from the 12th floor of the Niagara Falls and the Ferries Wheel. Definitely family friendly with a 15 minute walk to arcades, restaurants, 4-D kids movies, bowling, laser tag, etc. My hubby and I will DEFINITELY return again in the Summer. The staff was AWESOME. BEST TRIP EVER!!
