LOcation is beautiful. We appreciated being able to buy a Waterpark package and walk directly from our room to the waterparlk. Staff is gracious and helpful. This is a classic hotel where marily Monroe once stayed during filming. It is modernozed but keeps the charm. Parking is expensive, but otherwise a great base to see Niagara and region.

Pros (+) The room was a close walk to the falls our room could see the falls and fireworks It was close to anything you might need They gave us Bus Passes to visit other great sites the dinner in the restaurant was Excellent. The Gnochi dish was off the charts good. it is connected to anything you need, food, Gambling, water parks, parking etc.
Cons (-) The room was very small There wasn't enough room between the wall and bed to stand and get in bed, you had to enter from the bottom. Mold in the Bathroom and Bathroom was outdated. It was functionally difficult to use. The drain in the sink was busted and the shelf covered 1/2 the sink so brushing your teeth was difficult. .
