Front desk wouldn’t accept the credit card that was used to book room. They didn’t have the type of room that I had reserved. The room’s telephone was registered to a different room so the staff went to the wrong room when I requested something from the Front desk. The TV didn’t work.

Pros (+) The view of the bay was perfect. The staff was truly exceptional.
Cons (-) The bathroom. While very nice looking and clean, it's layout was not great and the shower was on par with a two star motel.

Pros (+) Good location.
Cons (-) They are charging you for a bottle of red wine that is in your room. They tell you as they are giving you the key that it's included in the price - well we didn't drink the wine nor did we want to pay for it. It doesn't matter that if you don't want it - you are paying for it anyway, how ridiculous!

Cons (-) Heat didn't work. Charged $28 for parking without alerting us in advance. Room was completely standard of any hotel. Room service forgot our dressing, and the food was subpar

Pros (+) Great room on marina.
Cons (-) It took over an hour to check in. Hotel did not have my Kayak reservation right and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone getting it straight. Also, make sure you get a room with a water view.
