Location is great.
Position of the hotel
Dirty room, old, the whole place need refurbished, cleanless realy bed,not even the bathroom was cleaned and disinfected
The size of the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the location of the hotel.
The breakfast was too expensive for what was served. My breakfast was an omelet and a beverage for 40.00, it was a good thing my husband and grandson did not join me. that would have been 120.00. They need something more than just the very small coffee shop in the rear of the lobby. The store with miscellaneous items has a lot to offer, though not very friendly staff. I would not associate them to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. We had a family member with us from Italy and I requested espresso. They brought it out quickly and she loved it! Thank you so much for everything.
Sorry, I can’t think of anything
