I booked via Super through Kayak. I paid upfront and owed the taxes at the hotel. The first desk agent confirmed I had paid and only owed a $100 hold and the taxes on my card. The room was exactly what we needed. The shower was impressive with different nozzles for a total body experience. Check-in was straight forward. There was a coffee stain on the carpet. I would have been nice if there was a coffee machine and mini-fridge.

Pros (+) The room was large for a New York hotel room, had a large shower, and comfortable bed. Location was great for what we wanted, and the price was good. Was also close to restaurants.
Cons (-) There was no fridge or coffee maker. The materials and paint job seemed rushed, and of low quality. The shower was large and had great pressure, but the water got all over the bathroom, and the shower curtain was light enough to be be sucked towards you from the pressure of the water. We had to place the shower chair just right for it to stop.

Pros (+) Hotel is well located. Clean and orderly. Room is big for hotel of this class in NY.
Cons (-) It looks like they took a few older buildings that might have been some old apartment buildings or offices and converted it to a hotel. As a result is the access to my room was down some small windowless hallways. The floor layouts were confusing. View was to a fire escape. Could see only a small quadrant of sky.

Pros (+) The location is great! The hotel is clean, but the room was hot, air conditioner claimed it was 66 it was no where near it! The hotel bar hours were not great either. On a Saturday it opened at 5 pm closed at 10. We had dinner reservations so drankbat a bar nearby. Wanted to have a drink after broadway bar was already closed. Hallways in hotel were very warm and felt claustrophobic.

Pros (+) This hotel was very reasonably priced with such a close proximity to subway and Central Park. The rooms were very clean. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind.
Cons (-) I was a little shocked with how small the bathroom was, particularly the vanity/sink area. The view from windows was just a brick wall area.
