Room was very quiet. Was a comfortable size. Bed very comfortable. Overall very pleased. Great location.
I’ve stayed here before and had a fantastic spacious room for 2 of us. Now we were 4 and were given a small pokey room with no bath. The lifts were also tiresome as they didn’t work properly forcing us to wait for up to 20 minutes at times And resulting in us having to use the service lift or stairs which was unpleasant being on the 10th floor. Staff were not very helpful when told about this. The bathroom was also tatty. I chose this hotel because I had a great experience the first time but this time was not the same and I’m not sure I’ll stay here again
location and cleanliness
Beautiful remodeled hotel enormously spacious and eagerly friendly staff
Slow small elevators
Air conditioning seems to be controlled by the hotel and not by the guests.
