Pros (+) Location was superb. Subway station of 57th and 7th is 1/2 block away. Central Park is 3 blocks away. Broadway plays 7 blocks away. We walked and rode the subway everywhere. Grocery stores, souvenirs, and eatery locations very close.

Cons (-) There was not a USB charger in the room.. my phone and IPAD ran out of battery and I haven't stayed in a hotel that didn't have a USB plug int he room in a long time. I tried calling concierge and front desk. but you get a recording after 10PM.. not the best service for business..

Pros (+) Location - superb and convenient Recently remodeled - very tastefully done Pleasant staff Room - a king size bed with room. Hard to beat in NYC. I'll use it again if price is right.

Cons (-) Too expensive. Poor interior quality. Very old rooms. (There was no refrigerator !!!). The hotel pictures are not accurate of its true condition.

Cons (-) After dinner , wife an I ready to go to bed, my wife noticed pillow cases nor linen was changed. We are avid travelers, we were horrified! Head of housekeeping had it changed at 9:00, but wife an I were tired and this event made us stand in hallway for almost an hour till changes were made.
