There was no hot water and the bathtub would not drain. Despite complaining to the front desk, they did not do anything about it.

The property got the job done for what I needed, but could have been a little nicer decor-wise. The hallways were not air-conditioned so it was always very warm coming out of the elevator onto my floor. I also expected more from the dining options inside the restaurant. However my room was nice and comfortable.

Pros (+) Very friendly front desk and valet staff ! Loved the balcony in being able to sit outside and look at the beautiful view ! Very comfortable bed !

That's not my problem ! there should be sheets and blankets on each bed before they rent the room out ! Also, I asked for a wake-up call never received it. Pros (+) The staff were very pleasant and courteous, and the location was good for my business meeting.
Cons (-) The room was very small and cramped, to the point of being claustrophobic. Unfortunately, in New York small hotel rooms at extraordinarily high prices is the norm.
