The rooms are small but amazing with a panoramic view!!!
The location is great. The view is just as advertised. The terrace is beautiful!
I accidentally bumped my head into the TV a couple times. I guess that's what you get from a compact room!
I did t like anything about property. First of all it’s only view room very tiny and not comfortable. Also, stuff Is horrible no help no room service nothing . I need my money back to my account
The terrace room is terrible. It’s on the third floor It means there are about 25 floors above who through cigarettes and spitting down right to the terrace. So don’t spend money get just regular room. Other thing the bed in our room was broken, and fridge wasn’t working too. So we ask another room, and they gave us sky room, it’s really small room, but the view is great. The price is triple less now because of pandemic, but it’s still not the excuse not to provide good service. It not the first time staying in Arlo, I hope they will be better , like before.
It’s in the center of the city and easy to walk everywhere you please the staff is super nice. Every single one of them they made my stay the most spectacular
The sheets were unfortunately not cleaned. They were full of hair and I requested fresh sheets then I had to pick them up down stairs and put the sheets on myself. (WHICJ took over 20 minutes) On top of that, the AC was out for my stay. The first night it worked fine but all day and nice it was out after. The AC was then restarted but did nothing.
