A microwave oven would be nice. The toilet roll holder was broken and didn't get fixed even though we reported it. WiFi was good and the beds were comfortable.

Pros (+) We were upgraded as Ambassador members, and the suite was lovely, and ever better than a certain other nearby favorite 5 star hotel in NO. Staff was welcoming and the bedding and bathroom superb. We also like the self parking in the adjacent Pan American parking garage--a NO bargain.

Cons (-) Intercontinental is supposed to be IHG's flagship hotel. During my stay I killed three spiders in the bed. The duvet cover was torn and tattered in multiple places.
