A microwave oven would be nice. The toilet roll holder was broken and didn't get fixed even though we reported it. WiFi was good and the beds were comfortable.

Pros (+) We were upgraded as Ambassador members, and the suite was lovely, and ever better than a certain other nearby favorite 5 star hotel in NO. Staff was welcoming and the bedding and bathroom superb. We also like the self parking in the adjacent Pan American parking garage--a NO bargain.

Pros (+) The hotel is newly renovated and totally updated and modern from its previously 80s styling. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it was nice before but amazing now. Pros (+) We really loved the room bed and service.
Cons (-) The pool was small and dark no sunlight and it was a outside pool that had freezing water. The restaurant connected to the hotel was ok but some of the waitress were really rude and slow we saw 5 family leave during our wait for our drinks.
