No blankets in room. Floor was very dirty. Bathroom was filthy.
Good staff, strange building
Stafff was very helpful and accommodating for a nursing mom. Location was great.
Room didn’t have a window. It appears some rooms are like this. In New Orleans, a window is mandatory!
Loved the location and the staff
The shower was tiny but the place was amazing
Great Vintage Look Hotel
I loved the look and the little gardens the hotel had although they were quite dirty when I was there but I assume was because of the weather that week
Parking needs inprovement and breakfast options as well
The helped helped secure my motorcycle in a safe place during my stay. It meant a lot to me!
simply superb, nice visual, great staff, very comfortable, nearby the points of interest. ...and a great summer deal for the rooms
nothing...but the parking was a bit awkward, even with the valet. but not terrible
Service needs improvement
The room was really pretty.
The service was off from the moment we checked in. The person at the front desk seemed very annoyed to have to work. It took quite a while to get through that, then it also took a long time for them to respond to requests once we'd checked in. Also, the windows are thin, and there's a fair amount of noise from the street.
Great Stay! Will be back!
The entire experience was excellent. The hotel was clean and had character, it really felt like I was staying in New Orleans. The staff were very friendly and practiced hospitality. Michelle at the Front Desk, was very informative, approachable and a total professional. Sasha from Housekeeping was a delight running into, always displayed hard work, greeted and smiled. I will come back on my next trip to NOLA.
Nice hotel in cbd
Nice room, xlnt mattress, good service. Close to big convention hotels and to convention center. Has good steakhouse in same bldg. definitely consider this hotel unless you really need convention hotel. Not as romantic as small hotels in the Qtr. , but still very nice
Street noise early and often
Location was excellent. Clean rooms, helpful staff, free continental breakfast.
Water pressure was low. Street noise, but hey it's New Orleans.
Super nice staff. Fantastically convenient location. Close to Bourbon St, without being TOO close. Near to bars & restaurants in the warehouse district, which is attractive alternative to mayhem / tourist trap area.
Staff was very kind and helpful
Expense for valet parking. only breakfast in room and it nust ve sheduled ib advance the day before.
