Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. Valet parking was fast and very nice. They held our luggage after checkout so we could go to the Saints game which was fantastic.
Cons (-) Price we paid for a single King Size bed was sort of outrageous
Pros (+) Location was perfect! A short walk to everything, but not so close that there was street noise. I also enjoyed the exposed brick walls, and my corner/wrap-around room was very spacious and full of natural light!! A/C worked great, and the number of towels provided was more than sufficient.
Cons (-) Pillows were flat and needed more stuffing in them. The sheets were a bit rough/scratchy.
Pros (+) Free hot breakfast, rooms were clean, on main streets so no walking on sketchy back roads late at night, bed was comfortable and pillows weren't those expensive fluffy pillows that are good for nothing, water pressure was great, shower was nice, staff was friendly, a/c worked great.

Pros (+) Malcolm worked at the front. He was extremely sweet and helpful, giving great recommendations on where to go and what to do. He was always very happy and looked like he loved his job, which most people dont look like.
Pros (+) We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially John, the Valet. The room was great, and the location of the hotel was too. We will be back!

Cons (-) Charged me $150 for deposit and still haven't gotten it back.
Pros (+) I like the fact that the hotel staff especially the Front Desk Manager Tashena Johnson helped me out when my credit card was compromised. She did the best she could to make my stay as comfortable as it should have been. The location was great. Not to far from everything attended.
Cons (-) I didn't like the way my reservation was not in the system when I arrived and I didn't like the 1:00am phone call asking for authorization...
Pros (+) I like the fact that it was close to where I wanted to go easy to get around town.
Cons (-) The only problem is that someone did call in the middle of the night trying to poach my credit card but they told me about that upon my arival. They've been having problems with someone messing with their customers.
Pros (+) Great location and staff was wonderful! They picked us out a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Canal Street and the Mississippi River. Will book again on our next trip back to New Orleans.
