Tall ceilings in the rooms

Rooms were not booked accordingly as per confirmation online needed to wait for manager to over ride. The rooms were hot to which front desk needed to be notified all 4 nights (early in the morning about 1-3am). Customer service is just not the “in” thing in New Orleans French Quarter. Super loud as though you can hear every noise in the hall way let alone from the streets.

The location is great. Was able to walk from Bourbon street to the hotel in minutes. Close to all the downtown action. Room was clean. Inside the hotel it was quiet. Felt safe as you can only get into the building after hours with your room key.

This hotel lacks the basic modern necessities. No spots for the soap and washcloth in the shower, electrical outlets were not easily accessible, no towel rack near the sink, the tv was very small, no thermostat, no laundry facility. They need to get rid of the fancy amenities (lemon water, spa, bar) and replace it with things people actually need. Valet/parking is expensive. Staff won’t be very friendly if you don’t look like you have money.
