8,0 Excellent
Pros: I like that the room was clean and neat.
Cons: I don’t like that breakfast is never provided at Marriotts. I stayed at another Marriott location before and forgot about your breakfast policy. Also the indoor pool was freezing, so my kids and I did not enjoy ourselves. The pool was the main reason we went, so we could be cool in the heatwave.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: My room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the desk were helpful. I only spent one night while traveling but I chose the hotel over others because I thought it would be clean and meet my expectations.
Cons: The tissues are scratchy on the nose. Minor inconvenience but I had a cold and wanted a little softness on the nose.

7,5 Good
Pros: It’s a decent quality hotel. The small suite we had was nice. The breakfast area is very nice and the swimming pool and gym are good too. The breakfast was buffet style and was decent. Quite a good choice. The staff were super nice!!
Cons: The rooms have individual heating /ac units which are in the bedroom! Mega noisy!! Also why do the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors have to have Christmas illuminations inside them??!! So bright!!! The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sit on.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, the kitchen staff
Cons: At check in I was provided my room key to room. 119 but there was a guest Already in that room. Myself and my 16 year old daughter walk in on the guest. So it's a good thing we had the sex talk prior. Also the poll was out of service .
9,4 Excellent
Pros: I liked easy parking, free drink at Stage House Tavern (with room key), convenient location to my client meeting, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and very comfortable bed.
Cons: There was some noise of person above me. I could here them every time they walked. I thought maybe it was just my room or that person. But then heard same feedback from a colleage that was starying with me on floor above. Hot water took a long time to get going from the bathroom sink. When it finally came was just slightly warm. Ended up shaving with cold/room temp water. Also, the iron had the tempurature setting worn off so I had to guess the setting and hopefully not burn my pants. They fitness center is tiny, just a few machines and some barbells, but was adequate for me.
4,5 Okay
Cons: False advertising rude breakfast staff. Very dissatisfied with how everything was
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The listing shows a full kitchen . When you get there it’s only the rooms with 2 bedrooms that should have been stated on the website . I had to be move to 3 different rooms . The first one the stovetop wasn’t working. The second room they offered was handicapped Really. The next room I went into the tv was so damn small . Then finally they offered us another room that had a small tv in the bedroom and bigger size in the living room. At this point I wish I can cancel and get my money back ....Breakfast was all pork no beef or Turkey products. Bad stay never again...

5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioning system could not keep up. I reported this to the staff and was told that it was because it was a hot day. The truth is, they just didn't want to move us to a different room. In addition, the breakfast wasn't good and there was not enough food put out to feed everyone on line.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was centrally located and the room was clean when we got there.
Cons: They did not clean our room on the second day. When we returned, the garbage was there and the bed was not made. The dirty towels were still in the bathroom. I was disappointed because this has never happened in any of the Marriott Hotels.

1,0 Poor
Pros: I did not like anything about this hotel. I felt blown off by the staff when I had a valid complaint.
Cons: The room smelled dirty from the beginning and the bed appeared to be wrinkled. The next morning the cleaning lady unlocked the door and walked into my room at 8:30 am. As a result I immediately called the front desk and they replied that they were sorry.
5,5 Okay
Pros: It was close to the dance competition
Cons: It was okay
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast was perfect for my family, my kids are very picky and everyone found something they enjoyed! The staff was amazing and always had a smile on their face.
Cons: there was a spider or long bug in the shower but nothing that my husband couldn't get rid of.
5,5 Okay
Pros: I loved the cookies and the employees were nice.
Cons: When we first got there it was ok not busy but steady. Walked in and got help immediately. Advised the front desk that we will be leaving a day early and needed to deduct it from our rate. It took them about 5 to 8 minutes to update the room rate. We received our cookies and was on our way. We get to our room, room number 634 there was no refrigerator and it was hot so we turned on the A/C and it kicked on but then switched over to heat. Tried to cut it off an back on again and there still was heat coming out. Called the front desk and they stated they would send a maintenance man up. It took him about 10 to 15 minutes to come up and look at it. He tried to fix it but it would not work. He went back down stairs to update the front desk of what was going on. It took him another 5 to 8 minutes to come back upstairs with the new room keys. We get to our new room which was right next door room number 633. The A/C was working great there was a refrigerator. We left to enjoy our activities for the day and come back to the room and turned on the TV and it wouldn't come on. Turns out it wasnt plugged in. We had to move the furniture out to end up plugging it into the desk lamp. Also the entire weekend there was an elevator that would stop on every floor going up. This didn't get fixed until Monday our check out date.

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast, Comfy Bed, Linens, pillows...
Cons: Rooms need a decorating update
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast offerings were fabulous! We especially enjoyed the cinnamon buns and western omelets. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the location for our needs was perfect.
Cons: Coffee in the lobby, instead of just two thermoses of hot water to make tea.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Liked the room and the comfort of bed and other facilities in the room itself. Loved the whirlpool tub in my room. It was great.
Cons: Breakfast repeats with same food and for person like me staying there for 15 days every visit once in 2 month I find it very boring. Same omelets everyday. Rest is non vegetarian which I don't eat. Atleast for me I felt the breakfast was boaring with same food
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: It was spacious and clean for sure. The breakfast food was the only plus here.
Cons: The pool was closed because there was something wrong with it and when I asked the lady at front desk when it would get fixed, she gave an attitude and said I don’t know. I said well I’m paying all this money and the ice machine is broken and the pool isn’t opened. All she kept saying is what she can’t do instead of helping me. I had my son and his friends with me and he wouldn’t stop throwing a tantrum because he was waiting all day to get in the pool. I was probably better off spending the extra $20 to stay at the Hilton. Spent the worst night there because the kids wouldn’t stop complaining about the pool.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great access
Cons: nothing
6,8 Good
Cons: I was charged twice for a one night stay because I used a debit card to reserve the room. They charge my debit card $183 the day before I checked in, and then $183 + $50 hold on the day I actually checked in. The staff couldn't do anything to refund the double charge. It's also a holiday weekend, so dont know when I can get reimbursed. Why did they have me swipe my card upon checking in if the charge was already deducted from my debit card on the day before ? I was unhappy that the staff there could not do anything to clear this up.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Check in ,. they made is wait in lobby for over forty five minutes because our room WAS NOT READY AT4 30. SAYS CHECKIN IS 3 . WAS GIVEN A LOUSY $5.00 DUNKIN DONUT COUPON FOR MY INCONVENIENTS. WHAT IS THAT ON A $175.00 ROOM. WHAT A JOKE. WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE . YOU PEOPLE BETTER STEP UP TO THE PLATE. SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS ALL SHE COULD DO. $5 BUCKS DON'T CUT IT IN REAL BUSINESS . BRUCE N FERGUSON

Pros: The free breakfast was excellent. They had both an egg-white vegetable omelette and a cheese omelette which were tasty. The staff were friendly and accommodating, including giving us a number of bottles of bottled water for our rooms.
Cons: I had no problems with anything at the hotel. The rooms were nice--not at all cheap.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very kind and helpful. There are plents of facilites, all in all, I'm surprised the hotel doesn't have 3 stars.
Cons: I have no complaints.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. The location satisfied my needs. However, the entire adjacent area was under construction. My opportunities outside was limited to the smoking bench or the concrete electrical unit by a drain near the entrance. So how much does it cost for a small area with a couple of picnic areas.? I will not stay there again.
Cons: See above

Pros: It is good but old
Cons: Location is like little tricky. The road to property is not good
5,8 Okay
Pros: It was decent for the nightly rate. The front desk associate was friendly.
Cons: The breakfast area was terrible. It was like a zoo as people were all over the place. It wasn’t structured well. You could move the bread/bagel and the toaster to the far end of the breakfast queue so the start of the breakfast queue isn’t blocked by people waiting for their break or bagel to pop up from the toaster. The eggs were burnt. There were very few tongs so we had to use the same tong for the eggs, sausage and potatoes. The coffee was bad, tasted like water.
6,0 Good
Pros: The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The location is close to where I need to be at. The room was clean when I arrived.

Pros: The hotel was amazing everything was good except the pillows in the bed room and customer service is too bad no one is ready to listen and answer the things properly
Cons: I didn’t like the customer service at the property you guys should must improve that and the parking machine problem was horrible it was wasting my 15-20 minuets everyday just to get stamp on the parking pass as I have paid $50 for 5 nights parking I thing I should get refund for that because your machine was broke so every time when we park our car in the garage and pull the ticket and have to get stamped on that ticket to get the car out of garage so for getting stamp the front desk was always having waiting for 15to20 minuets and when we complained the front desk girl who was under training started arguing that you should not wait in line to get stamp you should just show us ticket from the far and jump in the que so it was my way bad experience

Cons: Not much to see around the hotel except for a commercial centre.

Pros: Everything pleasant staff, very clean and comfortable.

Cons: wonderful staff, would recommend stay because of them. Not as polished as some places but i will gladly exchange the friendly and supportive staff any day. !
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was included.
Cons: Breakfast concludes at 9am. I wish it would have lasted til 10am. We had a room with an adjoining door to the adjacent room. We could hear everything the occupant next door was saying.
5,5 Okay
Pros: The free breakfast was good - especially the coffee.
Cons: There was mould in the bathroom. Finishings inside are old. Room had a smell.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for us. Staff was very helpful giving us directions. Place was much better then expected
Cons: Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Coffee was cold
6,3 Good
Pros: The Pakastani lady at reception who worked evening hours is just top class. Her attitude, help and professionalism is just beyond satisfactory
Cons: A lot of truck riders. Also I noted several customers just simply did not respect the hotel rules of no smoking- I saw them smoking in the hallways then they will go back to their rooms- totally unfair and disrespectful.

Pros: My room was close to the exit
Cons: The fridge had hair n dust inside and I could hear everyone outside the hallway
5,8 Okay
Pros: It had a refrigerator with an adequate freezer compartment. It had dishes and cooking utensils and a microwave and stove. Once I was moved, the room was quiet but not convenient to the elevator or parking lot.
Cons: I was first put on the first floor by the entrance. It was so noisy that I had to ask to be moved. I also had requested a bath tub and was assured by the "manager"=long hair Russian man that it did have a tub. The room didn't have a tub. I was moved to a quieter room with a tub. When checking out, I had asked for a luggage cart and waited almost 2 hours but no call. I had to lug my 3 heavy suitcases. There were some able men including previous "manager" there when I checked out. Very poor service indeed.

Pros: I love Steven, flor, Ejaih , Chris , Damien Athena , Patrick and Paul very nice wonderful staff
Cons: They have one house keeper that doesn’t like to cleans room her name is Rachael the other staff had to make her clean the rooms they have been several times when I came in from work and to get linen and towels and make up my bed and get towels
6,3 Good
Pros: I was guest of a friend. The location was fairly convenient from my friend's house.
Cons: It was a room for a single person. The room had full cooking amenities. I didn't all those things. Apparently I paid for those facilities also. Having a room with or without that kind of facilities should be an option.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms. The place is a really good hotel for families.
Cons: Not personable. Lack customer service skills. I didn't feel they were as versed as other counter agents in other hotels. Machines were all broken including washers, dryers, and vending.

Pros: So gross
Cons: Bums and hookers

Pros: Everything good room good hotel
6,8 Good
Pros: The location and price were ideal. The grounds were well kept.
Cons: They were understaffed. Was there for three weeks and the room was cleaned once. Despite calling and being promised someone would come. The other concern was the other guest in the hotel. While nothing bad happened, they appeared sketchy and I had to avoid using several entrances. I will not be returning.
