The Crowne Plaza Edison welcomes our guests to relax in our newly renovated spacious guestrooms and suites. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, our premier hotel is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. We are conveniently located near the Jersey Turnpike, the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center and major hospitals. Nearby attractions also include State Theater New Jersey and PNC Bank Arts Center. We are only a half hour from Rutgers University and one hour from the famed Jersey Shore. Take advantage of our 12,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and banquet space, with enough room for up to 200 guests for social events and as many as 300 for business meetings and conferences.

Front desk agent, Jayden, needs more training or another position. He didn’t say hello, welcome etc. When asked for nearby dining options his answer was “I don’t know“!! Had problem with check-in after using third party booking company Traveluro. Only way Crowne Plaza staff would resolve was to offer the book rate (higher) than what I had pre-paid. While the fault lay primarily with Traveluro, my room would not have been used. In frustration I drove home.

Whole place reeks of stale smoke. Found a bed bug and told the front desk. They didn't seem alarmed, and told me that they couldn't refund me and I shouldn't have booked with kayak.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet, that is, we did not hear any outside noises. Kerig coffee in the room :( but brewed coffee in the lobby in the morning. Pros (+) Angela at the front desk was great Room was large and comfortable It was a great location for my reason to travel Overall feeling was like walking into an old but really fancy place. Lots of parking
Cons (-) Not much to say so I'll sound like I'm nit picking.. The place is older an it shows in some places The room service didn't replace any of our towels while we were out. The hvac in the room was a little loud and so was the music the restaurant was playing (I was on the 4th floor)
