Pros:
I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.Cons:

Just about everything. Place sucked, girl was nice, car was wrong and so tiny and had stains all in the back. The drop off was me throwing a key on a garage floor. No one to speak to about the light that went on when I first came in. (Toyota Yaris) Won’t be back.2,0 Poor
