Pros:I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.Cons:To not get charged, basically it’s around 1 day’s rental cost.Reviewed Sep 11 2020

Pros:The one and only employee who was in there was friendly but seemed in a hurry to get out of there. She left before I did with the rental.Cons:Just about everything. Place sucked, girl was nice, car was wrong and so tiny and had stains all in the back. The drop off was me throwing a key on a garage floor. No one to speak to about the light that went on when I first came in. (Toyota Yaris) Won’t be back.Reviewed Sep 7 2019

Bad customer serviceCons:I rented a Nissan versa note from 15 N Wood Ave, Edison, NJ 08820. The gas tank was marked full in the contract, but in reality it wasn't. I found out that this when I drove only 71 miles during the one day rental, but ended up pumping 5.5 gallons while return. I informed this to the Agent, but he was blaming me saying that it was my fault that I didn't get check the contract properly. I agree that its my fault, but even after providing evidence that it doesn't 5.5 gallons to drive only 71 miles on a Versa note (usually 30 mpg), he wasn't listening. I feel this was a bad experience to me.Reviewed Jun 22 2017
