We did not get the 15 passenger Ford Transit and we did not get that. I called and let them know that was not gonna be able to get there until 4:30pm instead. He said it was ok. Once we arrived they told my brother they did not have a van for us. I walked in 5 minutes later and he was on the phone calling someone to get a van. I went to say something to him and he told me to wait a minute. I began to talk to my husband and rudely interrupted and said he was on the phone. When he got off the phone he told us he had a van but we had to go to another location. Our entire trip was uncomfortable and miserable. We went to be with family and had to crane everything in and no leg room. Our luggage was under our seats and done was hitting me and my sister-in-law in our head. We were sitting in the next to last row. We also called when we were coming back to see if we can drop off at the location we picked the van up from. The told us we had to drop off at there locatio or we would be charged a fee. My entire trip was ruined. I have neck and vack pain. No one enjoyed the trip. This was one of the wirst experiences I had renting a vehicle. My cousin had a similar experience this weekend as well. The vehicle she was supposed to get the didn't have theirs either. I do not recommend this location nor will I rent from them ever again. The customer service was horrible. I feel my money should be refunded for the pair service we received.Reviewed Feb 20 2024
